Seven days

Day one

''cheollie let's go out today, said Joshua excitedly

''I can't shuaya I have to be in the studio today''

But they are free today

''oww okay then don't stay there to much and make sure to eat your lunch'' Joshua gave his boyfriend a small smile trying to hid his disappointment

Joshua and seongcheol have been dating for 3 years now and lately seongcheol had started to distance himself slowly from Joshua

Joshua had tried to reassure him self that it's because his boyfriend has big responsibility as a leader of their group and sometimes it keeps him too busy but deep down, he knows all of this are an excuse he is making but still he choose to lie to him self

Day two

''Cheollie your back'' Joshua said going towards his boyfriend and hugging him and giving a small peck in his lips but something is different today, his smell, it's not his usual perfume it's someone else

You may think that seongcheol had just simply bought another perfume but that's not possible Joshua being an enthusiasm when it comes to perfume, he always personally makes a perfume for his boyfriend

''ya I am tired'' was what seongcheol replayed before he left to their shared room

maybe it could be one of the members perfume Joshua don't assume the worst you know how they like hugging him and cuddling him

if only he knows where his boyfriend actually was

day three

''by seoncheollie, have fun love you'' Joshua said while hugging his boyfriend, seongcheol had a photoshoot today for the brand he is representing or that's what he told Joshua

''I love you too'' with that seongcheol left the house

Seongcheol doesn't know why he still hasn't broken up with his boyfriend when he already knows he isn't in love with him anymore, maybe it's because he doesn't want to hurt Joshua but the guilty of having to lie to him to pretend he still loved him every day is getting hard for him
'I know you didn't have a shooting schedule today cheol' Joshua thought while smiling bitterly until when can he keep going like this

Day four

It's already midnight when seongcheol returned to the house only to see Joshua sleeping at their living room the tv playing in the background

''cheol you're back, did you eat your diner or do you want me to make you something'' Joshua that have been awakened by the footsteps of his boyfriend asked

''no, I already at the company I am tired now I am just going to sleep''
Seongcheol feels guilty, he must have waited for him even though he know how tired Joshua is because of the rehearsal more than that he felt guilty for lying to Joshua again

'he didn't even look at me or told me good night'

Joshua wanted to return to their room and cuddle his boyfriend but he knows seongcheol are going to reject his touch again

Day five

''cheol'' Joshua called

''hmm?'' seongcheol replied without even glancing at Joshua

''can we go out today?'' Joshua asked hopefully

''I can't shua''

''just for today please you are not even doing anyting right now''

''I want to rest today''

''what part of I want to rest today do you not understand, do you think I lay lazy around like you all the time unlike you I have so many responsibilities okay, so when I got a break, I want to take rest so please leave me alone and stop being clingy'' seongcheol yelled harshly breaking Joshua's heart

No, he didn't rest as he said just after 1 hours of him yelling at Joshua, he left the house

And that night seongcheol didn't comeback Joshua can do noting but cry his heart out in their 4 years anniversary

Day six

Joshua woke up with puffy red eyes and went to the living room seongcheol hadn't returned
Joshua smiled sadly, of course why would he be here when he can spend all his time with the person he actually loves, yes Joshua knew but he still chooses to stay

It's not that he didn't think about leaving, he did so man times but he loves seongcheol to much to let him go

He noticed from the start the smile that is directed towards seongcheol phone, seongcheol doesn't smile at him like that anymore

All the individual schedule he says he had and of course the distance too, seongcheol barley touch him anymore

And the final confirmation was when he saw his boyfriend kiss the guy in their favorite place in the world, place they dedicated for him and seongcheol

And starting that day Joshua slept while crying and get up while doing that too

He is slowly breaking but his boyfriend is too busy with his new lover to notice but still Joshua couldn't let go until today
Joshua can't be selfish anymore if seongcheol happiness lies within his new lover he has to let him go

Day seven

Seongcheol returned at home at night, he had spent the previous day and night at his lover house trying to avoid the confrontation that he is going to have with Joshua, he knew he have to apologize to Joshua, he knew he was too harsh one him.

But when he went inside their home what greeted him was a darkness
'Maybe he is in our room' he mumbled to him self

When he goes to their room what greeted him was a half empty room all of Joshua belonging is gone, Joshua wasn't there but something caught his eyes in their bed a ring more precisely a promise ring he bought for him and Joshua in their one year anniversary with a note beside it
He sits on the bed and read the note

To cheol

I don't know from where to start, should I start from apologizing or should I start from wishing you a happy anniversary

I know you don't care anymore but still happy fourth anniversary my love, in all of the years we were together you had been an amazing boyfriend even though the ending is a little bit shitty

You should have told me cheol, if you didn't love me anymore you should have told me, we were best friends before anything and you know more than anyone what matter to me is your happiness

Why didn't you tell me, you didn't think I would stand between you and your happiness did you

Why cheollie why didn't you tell me instead of breaking my heart one by one but still I am sorry I knew you didn't love me anymore I knew you found the one for you but when it comes to you, I had always been selfish cheol

I am sorry I didn't let you go; I am sorry I tried to keep to myself, I am sorry even when I know you were forcing your self to be with me, I still didn't let you go I am sorry for everything

Now that I let you go, I hope you will be happy with him

Seongcheol can see tear stain on the paper, his heart sunk isn't he supposed to happy but what does it feels like his heart is breaking

Three days

It only been tree days since Joshua left and seongcheol is a mess, they said you only realized the true value of something when you lose it and that is what happened to seongcheol
He thought he didn't love his boyfriend anymore only to realized he never stop

Seongcheol is regretting everything now, he regretted not being with his boyfriend when he asked him too, he regrets cheating on him, breaking the heart that gave noting but love
But that's useless it's already too late he already lost Joshua
