The rehearsal dinner that is prepared for mingyu and his wife is the first place wonwoo is going to see mingyu after the break up that happened three years ago.

"Are you sure about this?" Jihoon worriedly glanced at wonwoo

"I am" wonwoo send what he was hoping was a comforting smile towards jihoon

"Okay let's go, if he tried to mess with you tell me I will break his leg" wonwoo genuinely laughed out loud for the first time since he received the invitation

while bowing

Wonwoo forced him self to smile at her

As the night progress, the pain in wonwoo heart continue to increase too, the loving gaze that is directed at her, the subtle touch, the care in their actions everything is too much for wonwoo to handle but he didn't make any move of going out from there because wonwoo knows he needs this heart break to move on

At some point all the people remaining have gathered at the same table, jihoon had asked wonwoo previously to leave but wonwoo declined it which is the reason why they both are still seated at the table

"How did you and hanulshii meet?" one of Mingyu friend asked making all eyes turns towards the two

"It's a beautiful story" mingyu smiled sweetly but why does wonwoo feels like hearing this story will break him

"We met when I was in a bad place, it was after I broke up with my boyfriend of at that time who lied and deceived me" while saying this mingyu stared directly at wonwoo

Wonwoo wondered for how many time is mingyu is going to break him until he is satisfied

"Have you ever asked him the reason why he lied to you" jihoon chimed in, seeing the painful and uncomfortable look on his friend eyes

"For what so he could lie to me again?" Mingyu directed his eyes towards jihoon

"Has he ever lied to you once before that when you were dating?" Jihoon raised his eyebrows in a question manner, mingyu stayed still for a moment

"No" he muttered

All the people gathered witnessed the conversation with confusion filling their head

"Why are you too debating about this, it's all in the past right, I thought we are going to hear the sweet story of those two" mingyu friend who asked the question tried to break the awkward atmosphere

"Oww ya, as I said I was in a really bad place when I met her; it was a day where I was really sad and I was seating at the park just staring at the distance and then out of nowhere she come and sat beside me saying she is bored and to talk to her, I was tempted to ignore her but I don't know why I started talking to her about anything and everything and she did the same too, without us even realizing the time flew away and at the end when we said by she asked for my number and I gave it to her, after that we continued talking become friends, then she becomes my girlfriend and that when she told me the reason she approached me that day was because she saw how sad I was and she wanted to do something about it and that made me fall for her all over again and now that person is going to be my wife" after mingyu finished the story, he tenderly kissed her forehead

Wonwoo can't handle this anymore; he remembers when mingyu and him used to date, mingyu used to give him a lot of forehead kisses so one day wonwoo had asked him why he loves giving him forehead kisses and mingyu had said it's because wonwoo is his world and he loves and adores him so much that he doesn't have word to express that's why he gives him forehead kisses when he feels like the love inside him is too overwhelming and he doesn't know how to express it

After mingyu story has ended all of their friends started saying how sweet they are and with the commotion that is created wonwoo slipped away and went to the restroom

The moment he is inside he start crying, holding his chest; his heart is hurting so much to the point that he is having a hard time breathing

"It's going to be okay, cry it out" two strong arms wrapped around him while his friends voice entered his ear

He clutched to him while crying his heart out, wonwoo wondered for a moment what did he do to deserve all of this

After all the crying he did wonwoo calmed a little bit

"You aren't attending the wedding" jihoon stated

"I am" wonwoo Sayed while washing his face

"To hell you are, didn't you see what he did there he was purposely hurting you wonwoo so why the hell do you wanna repeat that tomorrow, I understand your intention but today is enough for that"

"It's not completely his fault you know that and I told you I wanna see him get married, I wanna see the dream we had together all getting achieved by him only, I wanna see that I forever lost him" Wonwoo muttered

"What's so good about him in the first place when he didn't even notice your pain, your change, when he didn't even asked if there is something wrong with you, when he give up on you and the love between you so easily did he even loved you"
