It's May, the month that the fifth graders graduate. Today is when Tobio, Mia, and Serena graduate, and Tobio looks ready. It is 11:45 a.m. and the graduation ceremony takes place in the school cafeteria. Tobio has a phone and he's trying to find Mia and Serena to ask them something regarding the phone.

Earlier, before Tobio was at school, Chris had a gift to give to Tobio. Tobio was in his room reading a mystery novel Chris recommended to him. He got really absorbed into a book that all sounds around him have silenced out. Suddenly he heard a ringing doorbell.
"Answer the door, Tobio!" His mother called Tobio.
Tobio closed the book, marking the place he last read with a bookmark and finding a place to put the book down. He walked downstairs with the floor creaking a bit, looking at the ground walking to the front door just to see Chris with a box. Chris is aware that his parents are busy, which is why he was here to babysit.
"What's this? Is this for anyone?" Tobio asked Chris looking at the box closely. The box was wrapped in blue wrapping paper and a red ribbon... a pretty natural color to wrap in.
"This is yours, Tobio." Chris said, giving the box to Tobio. "Before we open it, I will talk to your parents."
Tobio ran upstairs taking the gift with him to his room. Based off of his expression, he looked a bit excited, waiting to open the present that Chris gave him. Tobio set the box aside and laid down on his bed, waiting for something to happen. Tobio thought of the upcoming graduation and what would happen. He realizes that he would be separated from Mia and Serena because all of them are going to a different middle school. Tobio wanted to go with them in middle school, but sadly he wasn't able to get in. Tobio felt A bit dejected, going away from those friends after elementary school.
Suddenly Chris knocked on the door and entered Tobio's room. Chris sat comfortably next to Tobio.
"So, do you have the box with you?" Chris asked Tobio.
"Oh... I set it aside." Tobio replied. "I'll get it real quick!"
Tobio rushed to his right to get the box he left aside. He rushed back to his seat once he found it through a pile of clothes that were in a pile and easy to spot. Tobio wondered when he should open the box Chris gave him, so he looked at Chris giving a sign asking if he should open it now.
"Go ahead, open it." Chris smiled at Tobio.
Tobio carefully opened the box and spotted what looks like a phone. The phone was brand new and inside a white box that shows the photo of the phone. Tobio looked amazed to see the phone and looked at Chris, who was happy to see Tobio's expression.
"You mean... this is mine? I can keep it?" Tobio asked in curiosity and shock. "I... I don't know what to say... I...!"
"It's yours, Tobio." Chris answered. "I already set it up and added your parents contacts and mine. You can also give your contacts to your friends, Mia and Serena."
"And Loid if I ever see him again?"
"Yeah."
Tobio was happy to receive a gift. Of course Chris told his parents that he will get a phone for a graduation present, so he alongside his parents had set it up for him prior to giving it to Tobio as a gift. Tobio hugged Chris tight, thanking him for the present.

"Hey Tobio!" Mia greeted Tobio. "Are you ready for graduation?"
"I'm excited to graduate, but I won't be able to see you two again!"
"You won't see us again you say?" Serena laughed. "I see you have a phone in your hand, so you can give us your number and we can talk!"
"You have a phone Tobio!?" Mia was shocked to hear the news.
