It's May, the month that the fifth graders graduate. Today is when Tobio, Mia, and Serena graduate, and Tobio looked like he was ready to graduate. He wore a white dress shirt that was neatly ironed a day before. The shirt was tucked into black pants. He wore black boots with his outfit too. It is 11:45 a.m. and the graduation ceremony took place in the school's cafeteria. Tobio now has a phone and he was trying to find Mia and Serena to ask them something regarding the phone.

Earlier, before Tobio was at school, he was in his room reading a mystery novel Chris recommended to him. He got really absorbed into a book that all sounds around him have silenced out. Suddenly he heard a ringing doorbell, causing him to widen his eyes. Who could that be?

"Answer the door, Tobio!" His mother called Tobio from downstairs. Her voice was muffled, but she was easy to understand.

Tobio marked the place he last read with a bookmark, shut the book close, then found a place to put the book down—his own bed. He rushed downstairs with the floor creaking each step with his gaze locked onto the ground. The moment he arrived at the front door, he turned the knob and pulled it open. Chris had arrived to his house with a box in both hands. Chris was aware that his parents are busy, which is why he was here to babysit.

"What's this? Is this for anyone?" Tobio asked Chris as he leant forward, looking at the box closely. The box was wrapped in blue wrapping paper and a red ribbon... a pretty natural color to wrap in.

"For you, Tobio." Chris handed the box over to Tobio. "Before we open it, I will talk to your parents."

Tobio dashed back upstairs taking the gift with him to his room, the floor creaking each step. Based off of his expression, he looked like he was astonished with the gift wrapping at first, but he swung his legs back and forth, waiting to open the present that Chris gave him. Tobio set the box aside on a pile of clothes and paced towards his bed. He laid down on his bed and gazed up at the ceiling, waiting for something to happen. Tobio thought of the upcoming graduation and what would happen. He realized that he would be separated from Mia and Serena because all of them are going to a different middle school. Tobio wanted to go with them in middle school, but sadly he didn't get in. Tobio felt a little dejected, realizing that he would be away from his friends after elementary school.

Suddenly Chris knocked on the door, which caused Tobio's muscles to tense. He heard the doorknob twist and Chris entered his room. Chris sat comfortably next to Tobio near the end of his bed.

"So, do you have the box with you?" Chris asked Tobio.

"Oh... I set it aside." Tobio sat up from his bed. "I'll get it real quick!"

Tobio rushed to his right to get the box he left aside on a pile of clothes, which was located on the top of the pile, easy to spot. He rushed back to his bed once he had found it, then quickly sat down. Tobio glanced at Chris and cocked his head to one side. He wondered when he should open the box Chris gave him, but the moment Chris noticed Tobio's expression, a smile melted on his face.

"Go ahead, open it." Chris gave a thumbs up to Tobio.

Tobio teared apart the wrappers and carefully opened the box that was quite easy to open. He spotted what looks like a phone. The phone was brand new and inside a white box that shows the photo of the phone. Tobio's eyes sparkled the moment he saw the phone and glanced at Chris, who seemed happy to see Tobio's joyous expression.

"You mean... this is mine? I can keep it?" Tobio asked, looking at the phone, then at Chris. "I... I don't know what to say... I...!"

"It's yours, Tobio." Chris gave a pat on Tobio's back. "I already set it up and added your parents contacts and mine. You can also give your contacts to your friends, Mia and Serena."
