The original plan A—the idea of Loid and Alana portraying as Tobio's parents and seeing how they were like was immediately scrapped by Loid as things weren't settled and was confusing to portray, so now they decided to find a lawyer as the replacement! Everyone has calmed down and will now take a new approach to the situation: finding a lawyer to represent Tobio.

"You know about lawyers well Alana, how do you know these stuff?" Loid cocked his head to one side as he questioned Alana. "You're quite knowledgeable in those kind of things.

"My family is well versed in law," Alana pointed a finger up. "My brother is even studying to become a judge!"

"Wow..." Tobio's eyes lit up. "You have an older brother!?"

"Yep, he's fourteen and in high school!" Alana replied with enthusiasm.

Tobio and Loid were at a loss for words. Alana's brother, fourteen, studying to become a judge was something that the two never expected. Usually the person would take law school and make law as their major in college, but someone in their freshman year of high school was something else. Alana saw the two with their eyes shot wide open, making her laugh uncontrollably all of a sudden.

"Hahaha, look at your faces!!!" Alana pointed, dying of laughter. "Man I didn't think you guys would react like that!!!"

"I don't know anyone else that age who would actually study in law school..." Loid muttered."

"Your brother's smart!" Tobio pointed out. "He should preside my case!"

"He gets assigned to cases," Alana explained. "One day you'll be able to meet him! He's busy right now, so I don't think he's available. Now onto the case."

Alana pulled out a blank piece of folder paper and a folder. She puts the paper onto the folder and slams it down on the floor, lifting her gaze up to Tobio and Loid with an excited expression.

"So! We need to write down everything that's happening with Tobio on this paper, and we can explain it to a lawyer." Alana pointed onto the sheet of paper. "The things we need to write down have to be crucial pieces of evidence so that it would be enough to convince that lawyer to take up his case. If we don't have enough evidence, there would be no way that they would take up the offer of defending Tobio, and he would have to suffer a lot!" Alana explained in full detail.

"That's... a lot," Tobio was bewildered with so much information to process in his mind. "I don't know if I could... remember..."

"That's okay, just the crucial pieces could help!" Alana put her fists up, encouraging Tobito to remember.

Tobio glanced at Alana's encouraging face. She looked like she was eager to know about Tobio and the crucial details about his case. Tobio than glanced at Loid, who smiled at him, signaling that he's sure that it would help if the important parts are explained. Tobio took a deep breath, and lowered his gaze.

"On Chris' nineteenth birthday, I invited my parents. They didn't come at all. When my parents took me to a park and the moment we left, I yelled at them and asked if they loved me. They said yes... but then they just left Chris to do all the work. This happened for so long... to the point that they didn't even attend my graduation ceremony in elementary school." Tobio lifted his gaze. "Then when Loid told me that I was being neglected... I started to realize myself too... when I coughed, it was so bad that... cough medicine wouldn't help and that I would have to go to the hospital!!"

"The hospital!?" Alana dropped her pen as she heard about the hospital.

"My parents wouldn't take me... because they were busy... so I called Loid when I was at the hospital alone... and he came with his brother..." Tobio's voice started to shake.
