I was supposed to post tomorrow but i finished it so yeah!! Why not today?

Pranav’s pov

I signed the papers while sitting in my office but my mind kept going back to her.

“Jab constantly bolti rehti thi tab lagta tha kitna bolti hai, aur ab jab bol nahi rahi to lag raha hai kyu nhi bol rahi”.

“Is there something wrong sir” My secretary asked. “Hmm..will you answer me honestly if i ask something?” I said.

“Yes sir, what's the problem”
“If someone is angry with you how to make up to them?” i asked.

“It depends. Is it a woman or a man”?
“W..Woman” i answered.
He paused for a moment “It's very simple. Gift her something she like and apologise”.

I thought in my mind “ what does she like?
“Should i go, sir” he waited for an answer.
I nodded.

I kept thinking about what she like…
“she loves jewelry..but it'll be too much if i buy it for her”

“Tulips” i said loudly “yes tulips.” I remember once she posted on her Instagram that she loves tulips,
White tulips it is.

I bought a bouquet of white tulips on my way home. I looked for her in her room but she was not there. So i left the flowers in her room with a note saying “sorry”.

After changing the clothes i came to the living room.
“Are aaj jaldi aagye” chachi said.
“Ha aaj kaam kam tha” i answered her.
“Sab log kaha hai” i inquired. “Aditi, Aarav, Ms. Singhania?” I added.

“They're at the pool side. They've planned to stay there and enjoy the whole night” she answered.
“You should go there too” she suggested.
I nodded in response.

As I stepped out onto the poolside, the warm glow of the evening lights enveloped me. The sound of laughter and chatter filled the air, mingling with the soft music playing in the background. I scanned the area quickly.

Janvi and aditi was sitting on the edge of the pool, their feet dangling in the water. They were chatting and laughing. Gauri was arranging the snacks and cushions on the Mattress. There were 4 more people there who were aarav, aditi friends as i saw them last time when they came.  I spotted Aarav mixing some drinks. I casually placed a hand on his shoulder, "What you doing, brother?" I asked.

Aarav turned around, a mixing spoon in hand, and grinned. "Making Aarav special drink, that's going to blow your mind." “ Drink this” he passed me the glass.

I raised an eyebrow and took it from his hands. Then he gave the same to everyone.

As Aarav handed out the drinks, he came back to me “sorry bol diya?” He asked. “Nahi!!” I replied. “She's actually right though. Akdu to ho aap” he shook his head but stopped as i glared at him. “It's not like i didn't try. I tried okay “ i explained.
“Yeah yeah…” he replaced my empty glass with another one. And i drank.
