BLAIR MILLER
The bus was planned to leave at 9:00 AM.
It was currently 8:10 and I was waiting on Tom so that we could get breakfast before we left. Why does he take such long showers?
I finished putting my earrings on, the bathroom door creaking open. I turned, seeing him rummaging around for his clothes. Something felt... different.
It could have been because he was nearly naked, but I'm no Albert Einstein.
I stayed silent, my gaze hellbent on his fucking hips and I had no idea why.
My pupils darted between every ripple in his abs, to the soft faint trail that led down below his towel, veins hitching upwards towards his V-line until they disappeared into nothing.
He wasn't built awkwardly by any means, not skinny, but lean and defined.
His arm flexed as he scratched the back of his head, and I gasped.
Out loud.
I actually gasped.
I quickly averted my gaze, he turned his head to look at me. "What?"
I shrugged. "What?"
"Why'd you gasp?"
My mouth parted open. "I uhm... poked myself with my earring."
"Well, stop being so damn clumsy then." He muttered, taking his clothes into the bathroom. I released a breath I didn't know I was holding.
He's supposed to be a skinny bitch.
His arm wasn't supposed to flex like that.
I've seen Tom shirtless numerous times, sure, but I can't put my finger on what was different this time.
He came out five minutes later, my body still utterly confused at the reaction I'd just had.
"Well, let's go." He urged, getting his shoes on. I grabbed my bag, deciding it was best to not argue with him at the moment.
We stepped out the door and made our way to the staircase instead of the elevator. The exit downstairs led right to the breakfast station, so we figured it was easier.
I took momentary glances his way, trying to not look for too long.
