I run into Ivy's dorm. She was pacing the floor. "What's the emergency?" I accidentally slam the door shut. She turns to me. "Elias asked me out!" She say with a high pitch. I press my lips together. I started to die laughing on the floor. "Y/n, this is serious." She stomps her foot on the ground. I crawl back up. "I'm sorry." I sit on her bed. "C'mon, you're a beautiful girl. Daughter of the girl who literally was almost assassinated just because of her looks. This was going to happen sooner or later." I stated. She was a blushing mess. "When is it?" I found an item of clothing and I folded it. "Tonight." She says in a wisper. I drop the shirt on accident. My eyes widen. "Ok, so now we can panic." I say and I leave the shirt on the ground. "Let's see some dresses." I open her dresser.

After a little while, we still couldn't find a dress. "That's it I'm not going." She stated and fell on her bed. "Well not with that attitude." I say in a pitch. Lonnie burst into the room. "Oh, hey, Y/n. Back from Corona already?" I criss-cross my legs. "Yep." I throw a dress behind me. "Not your style." I stated. "What's going on?" Lonnie asks. "I have a date!" Ivy shrieks. I chuckle. "Oh, why didn't you text me?" Lonnie says slightly offended. "I did." Lonnie opens her phone. It started to buzz non stop. "Oh... " Lonnie says. I throw another dress. "So last year." Ivy groans and drops to her knees. "Anything I can help with?" Lonnie offers. "You can tie Ivy up and do her makeup?" I offer her. "I just wish I knew where he was. I would tell him no." I kept my mouth shut. "Even if you knew where Elias was I wouldn't let you. You like him, he seems to like you," He told me a long time ago about his feelings for her. Definitely a bonus for being the secret holding friend. "You guys will work out. And I can tell this story at your guys wedding." I say with a sparkle in my eyes. "Can we just focus on the dress?" Ivy asks. "Sit." I demand and point to her chair. She walks over and sits down. Lonnie starts on her makeup.

I gasp. Ivy turns her head. Smearing her lipstick that Lonnie was in the process of placing on her lips. "What?" She asks. I hold up a gown. "Look. How. Beautiful." It was a flowy royal purple gown. There was a split for the chest and a comfortable fabric down to wrist. It was tight around the stomach, and the length would reach her ankles. "What do you think?" I ask, happily. "I wish it was a royal blue." Lonnie nudged her in the side. She chocked on the pain. Ivy gently wipes off the lipstick on her cheek. "Lonnie, heels." I instruct. She walks past us. Ivy changes quickly. We gave her black heels. "Oh." She looks at her self in the mirror. I put my hands together and placed them in front of mouth. "My little girl is all grown up." Lonnie looks at me with a disappointed look. "What? Someone had to say it. Her mom isn't here to so it took her place." I defend. She turns around to us. "Thanks, you guys." Her voice cracks. We do a small group hug. My phone buzzed. "Oh, I have to get ready for a date myself. See ya, girls." I say and head for the door. "Wait," Ivy calls. I turn around. "Would you maybe wanna double?" I sigh. Let her down easy. "Listen, Ivy, I get it, your nervous, but I think if Rupert and I were there as well, it might be more awkward." I scratch that back of my head. "I never thought of it that way. Thanks for your honesty, Y/n." She says with a pure smile. I give her a confident smile back. "You'll do great, girlie. Just be yourself." I blew a kiss in the air and walked out the door.

I walked into my dorm, but no one was there. I threw my phone on my bed. I grabbed the dress I had planned. [The one in the photo, but long, and smaller sleeves] The dress reached my knees. I grabbed a pair of high heeled boots. Black, of course. It already was starting to feel chilly outside. This dress should do, though. I exhale as I pose in my mirror. I combed my hair and put it in a loose braid. Rupert says he likes long hair. I'm still a fan of short hair, but I may give long hair a second chance. I grabbed my phone; I didn't feel like taking a purse. There was a knock on my door. I opened it. "What, aww." Rupert was holding a flower. It was my favorite. He looked at me romantically. He gently handed my the flower. "I guess you didn't take my advice on the outfit?" The moment was absolutely ruined. I didn't care though. I laughed and took the flower. "There's that beautiful laugh." He stated. I placed the flower in my dorm and closed the door. I took Rupert's hand, and we walked in the hall. "You smell amazing." He complimented. "Thanks."
"So I have a surprise for you." I raise an eyebrow. "Oh, yeah? I'm guessing I have to wait until we get there?"
"Obliviously." He says with a chuckle. "So how was gaming with Elias?" He nods his head. "It was fun. Elias is still trash though." I laughed. "I bet your worse them him." I tease. The competitiveness was rising within him. "Oh, please, I destroyed him." He emphasized on 'destroyed'. I chuckled.
