Faye had a long day, busy with her salon and acting schedules, but she was invited to Pam's birthday party, and she couldn't say no to that. So she found herself driving to the bar where her friends had gathered. Faye was usually the life of the party. Her friends claimed Faye had two personalities: one where she was very intimidating, mostly in professional settings, and the other where she was a silly clown everyone loved and adored. And this party needed her to be the second version of herself. She looked for her friends in the crowd. She hugged Pam and gave her a slightly rough pat on the back to wish her a happy birthday. They were all dancing and singing. Faye danced with her pre-defined five dance moves. Pam said she danced like an uncle at parties, and she was not wrong.

After a couple of shots, Faye could feel the buzz. She was feeling herself more. Her friends were also drunk. She heard Tanya say she would leave soon—her work started early tomorrow. Faye gave her a kiss on the cheek and said goodbye. Now there weren't many people left as it was getting late, and it was a Wednesday night. Even she had to go to the acting workshop for this new series she had signed up for.

They decided to drink one last shot of vodka and then they would all go home. But Faye had just started feeling it, so she went for two. She danced a bit more sexually now. She noticed a woman, probably in her 30s, staring at her. Her eyes were scanning Faye's body from head to toe. Who could blame her? Faye was wearing a black shirt with two buttons opened, giving a glimpse of her pale skin that was now turning a bit pink because of the way she had been touching her neck. She was wearing blue denim and Oxford shoes, her slicked-back hair giving her already existing charm a gay boost.

Faye found the other girl pretty too. She was a bit shorter than her and was wearing a dress, a bit too low on the shoulder. Faye noticed her collarbone and took a sip from the whiskey she had just ordered. Faye smirked when she noticed that the other girl was not hesitating a bit with her stares. Faye wasn't any saint and decided to make it a game of two. She stared back at her. Their eyes met. Faye saw the woman biting her lips; she could feel hers getting dry too, and something else a bit wet. She was drunk enough not to put rationality over desire. She knew that the other woman wanted her to make a move. Faye got up and walked towards the woman.

Faye could feel the tension between them crackling like electricity in the air. The room seemed to blur around her as she locked eyes with the mysterious woman, her heart pounding in sync with the heavy bass of the music. Every step she took toward the woman was deliberate, her confidence surging with each beat of her heels against the wooden floor. Her gaze was fixed, unwavering, as if she had already claimed this woman as hers for the night.

When Faye finally stood in front of her, she was close enough to smell the faint scent of perfume mixed with the sharpness of alcohol. The woman didn't back away; instead, she tilted her head slightly, offering a coy smile that made Faye's stomach flutter with anticipation.

"Having fun?" Faye asked, her voice low and husky, barely audible over the thumping music. She let her eyes wander over the woman's bare shoulders and down to the soft curves revealed by the dress.

The woman leaned in closer, their faces inches apart. "More now," she replied, her voice equally seductive. There was a challenge in her eyes, a silent invitation for Faye to take control of whatever was about to happen between them.

Faye didn't need another hint. She reached out, her fingers grazing the woman's collarbone, feeling the warmth of her skin beneath her touch. The woman shivered at the contact, her breath hitching slightly. Faye's hand moved slowly, tracing a path up to the delicate curve of the woman's neck, her thumb brushing lightly across her jaw. She could feel the woman's pulse quicken under her fingertips.

"You've been staring at me all night," Faye whispered, her lips dangerously close to the other woman's ear. "What is it you want?"

The woman didn't hesitate. "I want you."

The simplicity of the answer sent a jolt through Faye, igniting a fire deep within her. Without another word, she closed the distance between them, capturing the woman's lips in a kiss that was both fierce and urgent. The woman responded instantly, her hands reaching up to tangle in Faye's hair, pulling her even closer. Their bodies pressed together, moving in sync with the rhythm of the music, as if the world outside of their embrace had ceased to exist.

Faye deepened the kiss, her tongue exploring the woman's mouth, tasting the sweet remnants of vodka on her lips. She felt the woman's nails dig into her back, a mix of pleasure and pain that only fueled her desire. Faye's hands roamed freely now, sliding down the woman's sides, feeling the smooth fabric of her dress, the heat of her skin underneath.

The room around them faded even more as they lost themselves in the intensity of the moment. Faye's senses were heightened, every touch, every sound amplified. The feel of the woman's soft lips against hers, the way their bodies moved together, the taste of whiskey on her tongue—it was intoxicating, overwhelming, and Faye didn't want it to stop.

But reality started to creep back in as the music shifted to a slower, softer tune. Faye pulled back slightly, her breathing heavy, her forehead resting against the woman's. Their eyes met again, and there was a silent understanding between them, a shared acknowledgment of the heat that had just passed between them.

"Let's get out of here," the woman said, her voice breathless, filled with a promise of what could come next.

Faye didn't need to be asked twice. She grabbed the woman's hand, intertwining their fingers, and led her out of the bar, leaving behind the remnants of the party and any lingering doubts. Outside, the cool night air hit them, a stark contrast to the heat of the bar, but it did nothing to dampen the fire between them.

They walked together, their hands still locked, bodies close, as if the magnetic pull between them couldn't be broken. Faye could feel the adrenaline coursing through her veins, her thoughts racing with anticipation. She didn't know where this night would lead, but she was ready to find out.

With every step, the world around them grew quieter, the noise of the city fading into the background. They didn't speak, but the tension between them said everything that needed to be said. Faye could sense the woman's desire matching her own, an undeniable chemistry that promised a night neither of them would forget.

Finally, they stopped in front of a dimly lit doorway, the woman turning to face Faye, her eyes dark with longing. "My place is just up there," she murmured, her voice thick with anticipation.

Faye's only response was a wicked grin as she pushed the woman gently against the doorframe, leaning in to capture her lips once more. The night was far from over, and Faye had no intention of letting it end anytime soon.

She woke up the next day, her head aching, her mouth dry, taste of alcohol and something more in her tongue. She looked around and found the mysterious woman from last night laying naked in the bed. Faye covered her bare back with the blanket and got herself out of the bed. She checked her watch and decided to go to the studio directly as she was already late. She got out of the house and that was when she realised, her car is parked at the bar. She sighed, "It's gonna be a fun day.".

A/N: Yes I know, a bit wild. I apologise. :)
