The Perfect 'Not-Date'

You sit there for a bit before going upstairs. You get your purse & headphones from your room & then head back down the stairs. The whole time your thinking of a reasonable lie to tell Dylan about who Norman is.

You reach the bottom & notice that Norman is still sitting there. With his head hidden in his hands.

You stare for a while then take a seat on your previous spot with your back against the front door. You put your headphones in & listen to more Taylor Swift.

Then a long while Dylan texts you.

*Sorry running late. Had to stop by my mom's for a bit, but I'm like 3minutes away beautiful.*

You see his text then freak out again about what to say about Norman.

You stand up to see Norman again & he's gone. Leaving behind only a mess of flowers. They seemed to have been thrown around & a few seemed to have been stepped on.

You open the door & observe the mess. You look around & don't see Norman anywhere.

'Ugh why do I feel so shity? He's the one that was kissing Bane!' You ask yourself.

You decide to pick them up when you notice Dylan's very masculine dark blue ford pickup turn the corner. You kick all the flowers into the blush. & reach inside for your purse.

Just as he pulls up in front of your door, you lock up& slightly bounce in every step as you walk towards Dylan's truck.

He reaches over & opens the door for you.

"Don't you just look amazing today." He says making you blush.

"Thanks." You whisper. "So what do you have planned? If you don't mind me asking."

"I don't mind at all, & we'll I've planned a few things. I hope you don't have a curfew?" He looks over at you with a sexy grin.

"Not really, why? Are you going to kidnap me for the rest of the day?" You smile hopeful.

"Of course, as long as it's alright with you."

"It's not a crime if you don't report it." You giggle at your comment. (You would have never said anything like that)

You both blush a bit.

"Have you eaten yet?" Dyaln asks you with an adorable hopeful smile.
