I woke up by someone tapping my shoulder so i open my eyes to see carson in his scrubs tears fill my eyes in seconds
"Hey hey why the tears "
He picks me up and sits with me just like last night
"I don't wanna go to your office carson" i say practically whispering
"Its alright ,i promise i won't do anything before telling you " he says leaning his head over mine
"But promise you will be gentle"
" i promise "
He gently rubs my back and i layed very comfortable on his muscled chest
" do you want to skip school today and come to my office and just chill ?"
That idea sounded great because my friends were not going to school neither
" i guess so "
"Okay" he says as checks the time on his phone,i curl into a ball and stick to him ,his heart rate made me feel safe
" Rae we need to go "
I wrap my arms around him not wanting to leave
" i need to change from the school uniform"
"Okay be quick" he said as he got up and i went upstairs and got some leggings and a over sized t-shirt then i go downstairs and see carson with his bag all packed up to leave ,he was getting his shoes on
"Is it ok if i bring some sandwiches for lunch?"
"Yeah did you put the cheese in them"
"Yes the one that you like"
"Yummy!" He chuckled and we got in the car and our journey to clinic started it was like 7-10 minutes until we arrive
"Carson will i have to be in the dreaded chair the entire day?"
"How about we don't worry about this until your appoiment "
I slightly nodded and looked out the window in just no time we arrived ,carson got out from the car but i didn't dare to move so he came and opened my door
"Come "i didn't want to get him mad so i got out and he locked the car ,once we got inside the smell of fluoride hit my nose
"Eww" i hold my nose and carson laughed
"I know " we walked into his office and he placed his bag on the table ,what was strange was that in nearly every room was a tiny sofa do these dentists have an addiction for small sofas?
"When is my appoiment "
"Why ?you want it right now because i can make it happen"he looks at me with that shitty smirk
"Carson!"
"Ok ok im sorry, but why tough?"
"Just asking "
"I will go to see if there is someone ok"
"Yeah" he left the room and i was all alone then i decided to go to him ,i entered and saw carson making a cofee for himself and talking to james.
"Hey Rae everything alright?"
I nod and go over to carson ,he kneels down at me and i wishper in his ear
"Can you come back to the office"
He nodded and i went back inside ,but as i was walking out of the staffroom i tripped and fell ,both carson and james rushed at me
"Rae are you hurt?" James asked as carson picked me up and sat down on the sofa there i put my head on his chest and cry
"Rae look at me " he gently raises my jaw and i wince because i was hurt,
"Get the hand away from there..." carson says
"Let me see " he adds and i cover my mouth and cry,he sighs and hugs me, james came and sat next to us
"Raelyn if you hurt yourself you should let carson see so it doesn't create infection then its worse" i put my head back on his chest and cry carson just hugs me tight and runs his hand over my back gently
"Shh calm down " he says and after a few minutes i calm down but i could hear someone coming in
"Good Morning guys "
"Good Morning tobey" says carson
"Everything alright?" He asks as he puts his lunch in the fridge
"She fell and hit her jaw but she won't let me have a look im concerned so it doesn't get infected then i will have to pull out all the damaged teeths" i look up at him
"Oh let me know if you need help i got a patient in 3 minutes talk to you later " tobey says as he leaves
"Rae can we go to my exam room and have a look?"
I nod not sure of my actions ,then carson checks the time 0
"Oh shoot im having a patient in one minute and i didn't even set up " he says as he gets up and places me on james lap
"Please watch her for 20 minutes its just a checkup"
"No problem mate " james hugs me and i put my head on his shoulder ,the grip he had was strong so i couldn't run anywhere ,but he was so warm that i didn't want to leave either the last thing i knew i fell asleep
