Now, in the clip, the producer is "shin", but after a bunch of rebrands, now their name is "Gosunii-P" and they still make songs to this day-- unlike the previous producers I've covered.

The guy in the picture isn't called George, but actually Joji! He was a comedian who would hit himself with metallic items or just hit himself. He had passed in 2016 sadly-- the two lyrics that we can hear are his catchphrases!

This seems to be a remaster, as the song is 2 minutes longer and the PV is remade!
In the title, the セルフカバー (serufu kabaa) which translates to "Self Cover", but there's also Megurine Luka and it's her singing, so possibly is a Producer x Vocaloid cover.
