A month has passed since you last spoke to Xiao. Every Time you saw him in class or in the hallway, he pretended not to see you. As if you didn't exist. You sighed deeply as you thought of that.

"What is it now?" you heard Kuki say as she stopped doing your makeup. You looked up at her with tired eyes. Not only did you feel annoyed that Xiao ignored you, but you also couldn't stop thinking about him, especially before bed. Which resulted in you not sleeping well.

"Nothing. Just tired" you replied. Kuki sighed.

"You know, it's almost like you have fallen in love with him" she then said which made you stare at her with a frowning face.

"Huh!? Me? No way! He's so fucking annoying, he comes up to me and tells me not to die then he just pretends I dont exist! He's an asshole!" you yelled. Kuki looked at you in shock.

"Who's an asshole?" the both of you heard and turned around to see Kazuha standing near the door. Shit.

"Are you talking about Xiao?" he then asked and you looked at Kuki.

"No... uhm, we were just talking about my ex! Yes ,my ex!" you said and smiled towards Kazuha. He raised his eyebrows.

"What did he do?" Kazuha sounded curious. You froze at the fact that he wanted to know about your ex. You opened your mouth and turned to look at him.

"I mean all of my exes were assholes. And it would take all night for me to explain all of that" you then said and he nodded.

"I see... How many exes do you have?" What the fuck? Why does he have to know that?

"Like... four... or maybe it's five.." you looked to the floor and started thinking while counting on your hands. Kuki and Kazuha stared at you before looking at each other.

"Oh... yeah it's four" you said and they turned to look at you again.

"I don't even have one" Kuki said and you looked at her.

"Really? But you're amazing!" you said and she frowned.

"Oh, I know. I just chose to not be in a relationship" she said and you gaped before nodding.

"I see... what about you, Kazuha?" you asked and looked at his face. He looked at the two of you staring at him before clearing his throat.

"I have two" he simply said and you smiled.

"Really?" you said with a grin. He looked at you and smiled.

"Is that surprising?"

"No, I mean yes. I thought you had many exes. I mean you are a very nice guy and all" you said and he looked away with a smile.

"Thanks, I guess. I don't want to date just anyone and right now I rather not" he said and looked away in the distance as if he was deep in his thoughts. You nodded.

"You know what, that's a good way of thinking. I mean it's better to be single when you're studying. Who would want a nagging partner that bothers you all the time?" you heard Kuki say and you raised an eyebrow.

"Guess who it is! It's me! Arataki Itto the scary clown!" all of you turned towards the door to see Itto dressed as a clown.

"The suit fits your personality" Kuki said with an emotionless face. You smiled.

"I know right! But not tonight. I'm pennywise the dancing clown muahahaha" Itto started laughing and opened his eyes wide. Kazuha blinked in shock which made you chuckle. Kuki sighed and put her head in her hand.
