"What?" Lee exclaims as he stands on the edge of the bridge.

He has been standing there for a full minute, yet...

Nothing happened.

"Well... It is what it is."
Lee deeply sighs and looks down on the ground, as he turns around to walk back to the crowd.

"What did I expect? This has been the fifth year I've gone to this damn asteroid, I mean, I... I shouldn't have been so stupid. I shouldn't have come."
Lee sighs dejectedly. He looks up to his father from afar, only to see him frown, the look of sadness. Disappointment.

Portal snaps his fingers and creates a teleporter for Lee, and walks through it.

As Portal walks in, he tries to talk to Lee.

But Lee doesn't hear, and continues to walk down the concrete bridge.

Portal's usual smile disappears, as he walks through his portal once again, and closes it with a snap of his finger.

As Lee continues to go near the gate, he couldn't bear to look at his father.

Anger, confusion, sadness, and disappointment filled Lee's head.

Lee continues walking.

And as he reached the gate, he could hear them whisper.

"The son of Combustion has no powers?"
"Yeah, didn't you hear?"
"No! What a shame. Being the son of Combustion must be hard for him. Having no powers and all."
"I expected something.. too bad."
Lee couldn't take it anymore.

Until.

"Just like I told you, Clark."
Lee turns his head to look at Aiden. Lee thought Aiden would laugh at him. But no. Instead, Aiden had a look of pity.

Lee then sits down on the nearby ledge.

But he didn't cry.

Lee curled up as he sat on a nearby seat in the room. He wanted to be left alone.

Loud footsteps suddenly grow near, and
a hand then suddenly pats Lee on the back.

"Let's go home, Lee."
It was his father.

"No questions." Combustion suddenly blurts out. They were starting to get swarmed by fans, these people wanted to talk to him, take pictures, and autographs. But to him, his son was more important.

"Okay then people! Time to go home!"
Portal announces on the intercom. He then snaps his fingers, and teleports beside Combustion and Lee.

Everybody except for the three, leave the Asteroid room.

"Let's get you out of here." Portal then snaps his fingers again, and creates a teleporter for Combustion and Lee, to a landing pad far away from the crowd.

"Layla, we're getting out of here!"
Portal shouts out.

"Yes sir, defense systems are reactivated."
A voice from the intercom replies to Portal.

"Now then, we shall go."
Portal steps into the teleporter first, then Combustion and Lee follows, with Combustion still holding Lee.

As they use the teleporter, Lee takes Combustion's hand off his shoulder, and stops walking. Combustion and Portal turn around to look at Lee.

"Dad?"
Lee calls his father.

Combustion replies.
"Yeah?"

"Why did you agree to take me here?"
Lee, looking at the cold metal landing pad floor, asks Combustion.
