He took my hand. "Kaylee, go get out of here," he whispered. "Im not leaving you guys," I whispered back, but Dean pushed me towards the backdoor. "Go Sis." Dean kissed me on the forehead before closing the door behind me. I tried to listen to what was happening when I felt a hand on my shoulder: Cas. "We have to leave now," Cas whispered. he and Kelly were behind me when I tried to open the door, but Cas pulled me away and towards the Car. Cas drove us to a diner in my Car; while we were sitting in a booth, I had my thoughts wherever Sam and Dean were.
"I'll be back in a second." I heard Cas say, but I said nothing, so Cas got up and walked away. When I turned, I saw that Kelly wasn't sitting in the booth with me. All of a sudden, I saw Cas walk up to me. "Kaylee, have you seen if Kelly returned?" he asked, but I shook my head. "No," I answered. Cas walked away while I stayed; just a minute later, he had his phone in hand, running past me out of the diner, so I quickly got up and followed him outside; when Cas turned around, he was frustrated. "What happened?" I asked. Cas told me that Kelly disappeared. We returned to the Bunker; I found comfort in Mick, who I could tell what happened in Indianapolis. "You've been quiet all week," Mick said; I could feel his finger going up and down my back. "I don't want to talk about it," I mumbled. Mick pulled me closer, allowing me to place my head on his sweaty chest, feeling his hand on my back. For several days, neither Mom nor Cas knew where I was, and I stayed with Mick in a motel until he had to go back, and I went back to the Bunker. A few days later, I woke up feeling not great; a feeling in my stomach told me to run to the bathroom, which I did, leaning over the toilet.
After throwing up in the toilet, I felt better and also starving, so I went into the kitchen. I made Toast with pickles and peanut butter. "You normally don't eat that," I shrieked when I heard Castiels' voice at the door. "Stop doing that, Cas." I felt my chest where my heart was racing. "Im sorry." Cas came closer as I was finishing making my breakfast. "How are you doing?" he asked. "Im tired. Been thinking about Sam and Dean a lot." "How long had it been?" I asked, ignoring my food and looking over where Cas was. "Six Weeks." I sighed, grabbed my food, and walked to the table; Cas joined me.
"I have no idea where they are." I sniffed when Cas sat down on the opposite side. "You want to talk about it?" Cas asked, pointing to my food choice. "Not really," I mumbled, taking a bite of the sandwich. "You think we find them?" I asked while eating. "We have to," Cas mumbled. "Im worried," I mumbled, feeling the tears building in my eyes. "I know you are, and we will find them." I wasn't convinced, but I gave him a nod. Cas left soon after, leaving me alone to look for anything for Sam and Dean.
I fell asleep on Dean's bed, where Mom found me. She didn't move me over to my bed; she just put a blanket around me. The following day, the same happened again with the puking when it finally clicked. "Shit." The signs were there, but I had to be sure, so I went to the convenience store for a test. I waited for Mom and Cas to leave before taking the pregnancy test. My anxiety went high while I was waiting, and when I saw the second line show up on the stick I had sat on the counter next to the sink, I panicked a little bit. I couldn't say anything for a while until Mom was back. I hid the test from her while we made dinner and went to the library with Cas, who joined us but didn't eat. The following day, after I had finished puking and had a weird breakfast before Mom woke up, Mom left to go on a hunt while I stayed at the Bunker when I found the test in my trash and realized I needed to get checked out. I made an appointment for the same day and left soon after since I was nervous and didn't think about Mick until I was at the doctor's office. I couldn't tell him now, but I would at some point. A friendly nurse brought me to a room and told me to wait, so I waited until a female doctor walked inside. "Miss MacLeod. What can I do for you today? I heard you have pregnancy symptoms." she said, sitting behind her desk. "Yes." I showed her the pregnancy test I had with me.
"I made this test yesterday, but I'm not sure, so I want to find out if I'm pregnant," I explained that the doctor made some notes while I talked. "Alright then, let's check you out." Pulling my shirt up for the doctor beside me, I lay down, taking a bottle from the cart. "Careful, it's cold," she warned me with a smile, squirting a gel onto my belly; I flinched when the gel touched my skin. "Im sorry." she sounded apologetic. "Don't worry." I brushed it off, looking at the screen on the cart while the doctor moved the probe around until she stopped at one point. "You see this blip?" she asked, pointing at a little white thing. "That's my Baby?" I asked her, and she smiled. "Congratulations." The doctor put the probe down, helping me clean the gel off.
