~It was in November, as the winter sets in.~

Restless nights kept him awake, wondering, sleeping on why he was so intrigued by a complete stranger. He found himself always thinking of her, no matter how much he hated that.

Every night, he used to secretly yearn to see her...just once again.

He hated how much he was distracted by his thoughts of a "stupid" girl, though it always gave him butterflies.

He decided he had enough of his thoughts about her, and decided to search for her, himself.

He puts on his cloak, and drives off in his car, to the suburbs of the city.

But he did not know where she lived, he only knew that she lived in the suburbs.

Where will he go, searching for his "enigma"?

He stops near a beach. Night beach walks ought to calm him.

His phone rings...

He picks up the call.

Sunoo: Sir?

PSH: Yes, tell me

Sunoo: Sir, where are you, all alone? You sure do know that you have enemies right?

PSH: SO?

Sunoo: They are waiting to get you alone, without your gunmen.  Please sir, tell me, where are you right now?

PSH: I can manage myself. You try to get some sleep. AND DO NOT TRACE MY LOCATION AND SEND MY GUNMEN HERE!

(Call ended)

Nevertheless, Sunoo tracked his location but didn't send the gunmen.

He came to see that he was in the suburbs

He thought what Sunghoon needed was some space.

(After a few hours, Sunghoon comes back home)

Sunoo: Sir, Where were you?

PSH: At the hospital

Sunoo: Why sir? What happened?

PSH: To get checked up... I was having a migraine...

Sunoo clearly knew he was lying

Sunoo: You could have told me, I had medication

PSH: It's better to consult the doctor in such cases

Sunoo: Ok sir, but which hospital did you go to?

PSH: Umm...I didn't actually notice the name

Sunoo: Somewhere near here?

PSH: I...think so...

Sunoo chuckled inwardly at the lame excuses. He knew Sunghoon was hiding something, but he decided to let it go for now.

Sunoo's POV:

Sunghoon had always been a mystery, but lately, his behavior was even more puzzling. Sunoo couldn't help but wonder what was going on in his boss's mind. He decided to keep a closer eye on Sunghoon, just in case.

~

Later that night, Sunghoon found himself once again unable to sleep. The thoughts of Heeyoung kept him awake, and he knew he had to see her again. He put on his cloak and quietly left the house, making sure not to wake anyone.

He drove to the suburbs, parking his car and wandering aimlessly, hoping to catch a glimpse of her. He walked through quiet streets, past dimly lit houses, and finally stopped near a small park by the beach. He sat on a bench, feeling the cold night air and the weight of his thoughts.

His phone rang again.

Sunoo: Sir, where are you now?

PSH: (sighing) Just taking a walk. I needed some fresh air.

Sunoo: (concerned) Please be careful, sir. You never know who might be watching.

PSH: (annoyed) I can handle myself, Sunoo. Go to sleep.

(Call ended)

SUNGHOON'S POV:

Sunghoon knew he couldn't keep making these excuses forever. He had to find Heeyoung, but he didn't know where to start. As he sat there, he realized that his obsession with her was growing stronger. He needed to see her, to understand why she had such an effect on him.

~

Sunghoon decided to return home, but his mind was still restless. He knew he had to find a way to see her again, even if it meant sneaking out every night.
