Golden sunlight falls into the room, Taehyung has been crying, whimpering whole night and was totally unaware of the time. He wanted to run to Jungkook and hold him close. All these years he has been feeling things for Jungkook and when they have finally acknowledged their feelings, fate turned out to be against them.
He slowly got and look at the time, he has an hour till school. He knows Jungkook is still outside and he too couldn't sleep last night. He picked up his phone and texted Liam to pick him up from his apartment, its the only way Jungkook will take steps back knowing that Taehyung's happiness lies in someone else. Taehyung went to bathroom to take cold shower in order to calm his nerves. After changing into his work clothes he came outside his bedroom only to witness Jungkook's vulnerable state. He has never seen Jungkook to be this pathetic before. Eyes red and puffy. Their eyes meet for second before Taehyung turned his gaze away.
Jungkook gets up immediately and runs towards Taehyung "baby please im so sorry I beg you I'm sorry don't do this I know you wanted the same", Jungkook tried to hold Taehyung's hand, Taehyung felt a spark in his body when their skin came into contact. "You heard me right last night and I've to go now", Taehyung managed to say in a calm voice only he knows his heart is thudding inside his chest.
"No baby no I know you've pulled a prank on me. Let's not break up. I'll show all the right reasons to be with me pls baby pls look at me", Jungkook's face is straining with tears his grip on Taehyung's hand tightened as if he'll let this loosen up, he'll lose Taehyung forever right this instant.
"Jungkook let me go pls Liam is waiting outside", Taehyung tried to untangle their hands.
"What the fuck are you saying, why is that bastard outside", anger rushed through his body, he holds Taehyung from his waist tightly and bring him near him, making them stand so close that not even air can pass through them. "Kim Taehyung listen to me, I'll not give up on you, I've been admiring you loving you wanting you since I was a kid. I know we've been in love with each other before we even knew what love feels like. Whatever shit you're up to, I'll not let that happen. You're mine and mine only and I know how to take care of what's mine", Jungkook's voice so deep and firm, it gives chills to Taehyung. "Now ask that asshole to go away before I lose my shit for real", and with that Jungkook slammed his lips on Taehyung. Taehyung let Jungkook to take control over him. He wanted to feel Jungkook one last time, he wanted to feel him whole one last time. His tears start flowing down his face, their tongues mingling with each other, Jungkook cupped his Tae's face. He is not ready to let Taehyung go, Taehyung is his lifeline, his only archer to sanity, how can he end his life by letting Taehyung go. Finally they broke apart to catch their breath, both of their faces contained pained emotions as if they're dependent on each other for even breathing. Jungkook looks into Taehyung's eyes, "Tae I need you and only you pls stop acting childish and let me love you, take care of you, let me claim what's mine", lump of tears forming in Taehyung's throat, he wanted to give the compassion to his lover but he knows what Jungkook's dad is capable of, he'll not able to forgive himself if Jungkook get even a scratch on him. He has to make him let go of him. Taehyung slowly moves away "Jungkook I'm sorry but I guess this will be our farewell kiss" Taehyung managed to say these words which pierced Jungkook's heart. Jungkook couldn't process this, he thought they were on good terms again but what is Taehyung saying, before Jungkook could respond, Taehyung was out of the apartment.
Jungkook ran behind him but he was gone. Worse part is he had gone with Liam.
Why did he chose Liam over him.
He knows his Taehyung can't do this. This is not his Taehyung.
