"HOW YOU FEELING, PANSY?" i only got a groan in response.
"not good," she replied after a minute, turning over so her face was in her pillow. i sighed and slowly sat up, feeling my head pounding.
"last night was crazy, huh?" she hummed in response, "are all the parties here like that?"
"it's not everyday some guy tries drugging you," she scoffed, "but the fights are normal," pansy shrugged.
"good to know," i mumbled.
climbing out my bed, i headed for my wardrobe. unfortunately for us, we still had one more day before the weekend, meaning we had no time to waste on this cold, november morning.
pansy groaned to herself, moving to a sitting position and rubbing her eyes, "do you have DADA today?" i nodded to the girl, "i feel bad,"
i shrugged, "could be interesting. i've heard he's practicing the forbidden curses on students," her mouth went agape at my words.
"what?!" i gave her an awkward smile, nodding my head as i buttoned up my shirt, "isn't that, like, illegal?"
"yep," i replied, swiftly pulling on my tie, "apparently, the other professors have no clue of what's he doing,"
pansy raised her eyebrows, "wow,"
i snickered, "i know,"
once we were both dressed, we made our way down to the hall, not bothering to check if the boys were awake.
"y'know, hogsmeade is opening soon," she muttered, then suddenly stopped walking, "wait. you've never been there, have you?" i shook my head, "oh, rora, it's truly a great place,"
"so i've heard," i grinned, thinking of all the times i've heard students talk about the place.
"trust me, you're gonna love it," she smiled, linking my arm with hers as we walked through the large doors and into the hall.
almost immediately, a pair of gingers blocked our path, "quite the party last night," i smirked at the boy.
"us slytherin's do it best, didn't you know, georgie?" i placed a hand on my hip, craning my neck to look at the tall boys.
"oh, we're not on about the party, malfoy," fred paused, grinning ear to ear as he spoke, "we both know the gryffindors could've done way better anyway, if given the chance,"
"doubtful," pansy replied, raising her eyebrows with a snarl.
the weasley's ignored the dark haired girl, only looking to me as they spoke, "we're on about the fight, aren't we freddie?"
"yeah— think you were sorted into the wrong house, mate. taking on a guy like asher?" i rolled my eyes at their words, waving them off and beginning to follow pansy to our table.
"i appreciate it, boys, but what about him is scary?" i scoffed, thinking back to the boy from last night, "id expect you two to be the fearless ones, anyway,"
"oh, we are," fred grinned.
"'course, malfoy," george added, "we've just got to ask— what was it he done to get you and riddle so riled up?"
"hm," i hummed to myself, glancing at pansy as we took our seats, "want me to tell them?"
pansy waved me off, "go ahead,"
