You woke up tired, as your body fully wakes up, you notice in the corner of your eye a clock that flashes 7:00 AM, realizing your school starts in an hour you get up and start to get ready.

50 mins later ...*

After finishing up you look in the mirror noticing how much you've changed from back then, you dyed your hair black to better fit in and weren't as chubby anymore. Done remembering the past you walk out the door, locking it behind you. After walking up a couple of blocks you see a tall figure just standing there, as you get closer to the figure you ask them if they're ok. Only for the figure to get startled by your voice turning to now face your direction, you notice the uniform being the same as the male uniform in your school you ask him if he is going to J-High. "Yeah today's my first day actually, I just transferred to the school." He says with a smile. You both start heading to school you face him asking what his name is, he stated that his name was Daniel Park. As you both started walking he turned to face you. You say "Oh my name is Y/N by the way." smiling at him with your eyes closed. You both start talking but what department ur both in, you tell him that you're in the architecture department while he states that he's in the fashion department you ask him why he is in the fashion department, and he only chuckles saying "It was the only department left that had room for one more." As he is about to ask you the reason why you're in the architecture department you turn to realize you're in front of the school building looking around you see everyone staring in your direction but to look at the boy next to you. While he heard what they were saying he just smiled and blushed a little, you continue walking towards the school telling him the fashion department is in the opposite direction from the architecture department. As you both part ways he asks if you want to eat lunch together you look up saying "Sure" before walking to your department.

As you walk into your department's classroom hearing all the burn knuckles call you welcoming you in, you chuckle and smile telling them "I told you guys that you don't have to keep doing that every single day." One of the boys known as "Safety Belt" says "Well you are the princess of this department so it does make sense to call you princess." You just walk to your desk sitting down *sigh* 'They never listen to me, pretty sure they only call me that because I'm the only girl in this department but never the less still embarrassing now that everyone in the school knows me as that even though I'm not.' As you're still in your thoughts the desk gets slammed by someone's hands as you look up to see who. It's your best friend Vasco with a big smile on his face greeting you a good morning, you smile at him and ask him how was his morning. He started going on about how his day was and you just smiled a nodded your head showing interest.

Time skip*

As time flies you hear the School bell ring, taking note that classes ended and now it's lunchtime, remembering your conversation earlier this morning with Daniel asking if you could have lunch together with him, hurrying to pack your things up to get ready to go down for lunch before leaving you hear a voice from behind you asking "where are you going in such a hurry."As you turn to face the direction of the voice, you notice that it was Vasco who asked. You tell him that the new transfer kid in the fashion department asked if you could have lunch together with him today so tell him that you can't have together with him and Jace. He just smiles saying "It's ok" You smile before you hurry to the lunchroom to look for Daniel.

In the Lunchroom*

As you enter the lunchroom, you begin to scan the room for Daniel to no avail thinking he is just late you get your lunch and find a place to sit. As you wait you start to eat your lunch looking up you see Vasco and Jace walk into the lunchroom Vasco's face lights up on seeing you, and he walks over to you with his icon big smile plastered on his face. Vasco noticed that you eating lunch by yourself instead of being with the "transfer student" Vasco looked away from you to scan the room to see where he was but still to no avail, about to ask the question but Jace beat him to the punch. "Hey Y/N I thought you told Vasco you were gonna eat with the new transfer student," Jace says you only tilt your head with a smile saying that you're just waiting for him your smile goes weak. Having thought of back in middle school when they would ask to hang out with you only for you to be the only one there sit by yourself. 'I thought he was different guess he's just like everyone else after all.' you look up at the two boys in front of you and see that Vasco's icon smile was gone replaced with a more serious look. Vasco is normally all smiles and fun it is very rare for him to be so serious, as you sit there looking at Vasco's face trying to tell him that you are ok. Two students walk past talking loudly about how handsome and cute the transfer student is. They also talked bout how he looked when they saw him with a group of guys behind the school "smoking" That info only made Vasco even angrier. Vasco about to walk away was stopped by you as he turned around you just smiled at him ensuring that you were ok asking both Jace and Vasco to sit down you tried to change the topic to something else luckily for you Vasco's attention span wasnt very high or so you thought.

I know that it kinda seems like Vasco might be a love rival but I'm just trying to make him and Jace out to be a protective friend like in the original story, and with especially with how I'm gonna make the unknown past of Y/N next chapter might be into Y/N's backstory or her character description.
