Hazel thinks she might be the biggest fool there is. She did tell Mr. Sato that she would be fulfilling her job as Ultrawoman, but during the car ride back home, she reconsiders every word, again and again. She hopes that something would keep her occupied for long enough so she can't back out. She wants to, yet she thinks the guilt of actually doing it will kill her, so she doesn't. Again, Japan needs her too. Especially if this Kenji doesn't get his shit together. Hazel also thinks she might find him and fight him one of these days. Considering that she'll be here for a while, it seems reasonable. Or maybe not. Discipline, manners, whatever her parents used to say when she was younger.
The next few days she spends in Tokyo are just filled with her re-learning everything she ever knew about it, because apparently all the travelling seems to only ever dim her memory. And of course, much of the time she spends at home is researching the KDF. There's no one to interrupt her, until the media somehow gets their hands on her, again. Now she's being asked to join a dual interview with another famous person who recently returned to Japan. Well, she wonders who that is, it couldn't possibly be the infamous Ken Sato. It most probably is, and she also hopes it isn't.
Whenever she's looking to browse the news, somehow sports manages to seep in, and gods forbid every other article isn't about Ken Sato joining the Giants, and speculations as to why. First, they're elated that he's there, and next they need to shove their noses further down this, as if they have the right. But Hazel supposes that's what fame does to you. Almost nothing in the name of privacy.
