Ekansh observed the flurry of activity in the Rathore mansion as preparations for their brother’s wedding reached a fever pitch. With a sigh, he retreated to the gym area, seeking a brief escape from the chaos.

Misha, meanwhile, meticulously checked every detail, ensuring the arrangements were flawless. Entrusted with overseeing the entire wedding, she was determined not to make a single mistake. From the early morning until now, she had been tirelessly working, and as evening approached, everything was finally in place except for the jewellery that needed to be sent to the bride’s house. Misha had already tasked Aavyan with the delivery, knowing she had to start getting herself ready.

Rushing to her room, Misha was acutely aware of how late she was running. She quickly grabbed her dress and headed into the bathroom for a shower. After getting out, she stood in front of the mirror, carefully applying the finishing touches to her appearance. Once satisfied, she suddenly remembered her father-in-law’s instructions to call Abhimanyu and remind him to return home.

"I almost forgot to call him, I can’t believe he went to the office, even on his brother’s wedding day," Misha muttered in disbelief as she hurriedly left her room. Distracted by adjusting her dress, she collided with something solid, nearly losing her balance. She instinctively grabbed hold of whatever was in front of her and looked up to find Abhimanyu standing there, a frown on his face.

Abhimanyu had rushed back to the mansion after being reminded of his brother’s wedding by Ekansh. He had just entered his room to get ready when someone suddenly bumped into him. Catching her before she could fall, he realized it was Misha, who was gripping his shoulder for support.

Misha stared up at him with wide eyes, which quickly softened as she registered who he was. Abhimanyu felt the warmth of her waist under his hand, and for a brief moment, something stirred within him. But the spell was broken when Misha gently pushed herself upright and stepped back.

Abhimanyu glanced down at his hand before letting it fall to his side. He couldn't help but notice how stunning Misha looked in her saree, her hair elegantly tied up, with the mangalsutra and vermilion accentuating her features. A fleeting sense of pride flickered within him.

"You need to hurry. Everything is ready," Misha said, her tone businesslike as she met his gaze briefly. Abhimanyu raised an eyebrow but said nothing.

"Get ready quickly and come downstairs," Misha added, before turning on her heel and leaving the room. Abhimanyu watched her retreating figure for a moment, his expression unreadable, before finally heading to get dressed.

Rajvijay and Maya exchanged anxious glances as they looked at Hrudhay, who was seething with anger. Rajvijay lowered his head in shame.

"What is this, Rajvijay?" Hrudhay's voice dripped with disdain.

"Hrudhay, please forgive us. We had no idea Trisha would run away like this," Rajvijay stammered, his voice tinged with hesitation. Maya kept her gaze fixed on the ground, too ashamed to meet Hrudhay's eyes.

"What do you mean she ran away?" Arnav's cold voice cut through the tension as he approached with Ekansh by his side, drawing everyone's attention.

"Mr. Rajvijay Verma, I have a reputation to uphold," Arnav said icily. It was no secret that Arnav prized his reputation above all else-it was his top priority, the foundation of his life.

"Arnav, we’ll discuss this later. Right now, we need to figure out what we’re going to do," Hrudhay interjected, turning to his son with concern.

"My reputation is more important than my father’s," Arnav snapped, his gaze hard and unyielding as he glared at Rajvijay.
"What am I supposed to do now, Mr. Rajvijay Verma?" His voice grew darker with each word.
"If this marriage doesn’t happen today, I will ruin your entire reputation," Arnav threatened, his teeth clenched in anger. Rajvijay and Maya looked at him in shock.
