Rosemary was in Izzie's hospital room with some of the others trying chicken for Derek and Meredith's wedding.

"Chicken" Alex said with his mouth full.

"Good chicken"

"Yeah, chicken"

"I know it's chicken. I want to know what it tastes like" Izzie told them.

"Tastes like chicken"

Izzie sighed and looked at Alex. "I'm having surgery today"

"Maybe. If the Mets have shrunk" Bailey told Izzie.

"I am maybe having surgery today, and as such, I cannot taste the chicken for myself, so I really need you guys to tell me what it tastes like. I need to nail down this dinner so I can announce it on Meredith and Derek's wedding website"

"There's a website?" Meredith asked with her mouth full.

"So can you please be a little more articulate than just chicken?"

Derek then walked out of the bathroom wearing his suit.

"Yay! Oh, that's the one" Izzie said taking a picture.

"Very dapper, Dr. Shepherd"

"You're serious about this? It's not some cruel joke?" Derek asked looking at everyone.

"You look fantastic. He looks fantastic, right?"

Everyone says "yeah" while Cristina said "Uh, whatever"

"Good luck with your scan"

"Bye Iz" Rosemary said walking out of the room.

Rosemary was at a nurse station filling out some paper work when someone walked up to her.

"Excuse me, doctor. Oh, excuse me, young-and-yummy doctor"

Rosemary just looked at her. "Can I help you?"

"I don't know can you?" The woman said with a laugh.

"Are you looking for someone, ma'am?"

"Oh, gosh. I'm gonna pretend that you didn't just call me ma'am, because I have this image of you and me in my head playing doctor, and that just kinda ruined it"

Rosemary scratched the back of her head feeling awkward. "Okay, um... I'm just gonna go back to work now, but good luck um, with whatever" she said and then walked past the lady.

"Well, I am looking for a doctor. Gosh, I guess she's a patient now. Um, Isabel Steven's. I'm, uh... I'm an old friend"

Rosemary sighed. "Follow me" she said and guided the woman to Izzie's room and then opened the door for her.
