Chapter 14 : Fear and past

“ I always knew that you were a lusty person but I never knew you were a rapist too. I can't believe I spent my time with a rapist. I hate myself for letting you touch me. I really hate myself.” Nandini said disgustingly.

Manik nodded in no and said with tears “No please trust me I didn't do anything. I don't know what you are talking about but at least you understand me please.”

“ Trust you? Seriously Manik Malhotra? You really think I'll trust you after seeing all the proofs? What About your mother, do you think she is lying? YOU ARE A RAPIST MANIK MALHOTRA. YOU KILLED INNOCENT LIFE. YOU ARE A FUCKING MURDERER .” Nandini at the end screams loudly while tears drop from her eyes.

Each word of nandini felt like someone stabbing a dagger at Manik's heart. The words he always wanted to forget, hearing the same words from Nandini made his heart bleed tremendously. But her next sentence shock him to core

“ I'm not going to stay here with you anymore. I'm going far away from you. I'm ending this relationship.” Saying this Nandini breaks her mangalsutra and throws at Manik's face.

Sweat filled his face, Manik Heartbeats fastened and his heart almost stopped seeing her disappear. He start running here and there to find Nandini

“ Angel, please don't leave me. Nandini, Nandini,”

“ NANDINI.”

“ Nandini” Manik got up with a jerk and held his head as a terrible pain shot his head which brought tears in his eyes. He slid towards his side drawer and took out migraine tablet. Gulping 2,3 tablets, he takes deep breaths to control his pain.

After that Manik looked around the mess up room. Uneasiness and fear creep his heart not finding Nandini there. He hurriedly got up and ran towards his room with wobble steps. He stumbles badly and falls down hurting his already hurt hand but without caring anything, he gets up with the support of the wall and again starts running because he just wanted to see nandini at this moment.

Fear crawled Manik's heart seeing a shadow of a person run away in front of his sight. He tried to scream Nandini's name thinking that shadow was Nandini but voice got stuck in his throat. He falls on his knees while Tears stream down his eyes.

He lost her, he lost his angel who filled his life with colors. She's gone. She's gone far away from him leaving him alone like he was before her.

Manik burst into tears and placed his hand on his mouth to stop his wails. Suddenly his eyes catch something inside his room. He hurriedly reached inside near his bed and relief washed over his heart seeing Nandini sleeping peacefully.

Manik sits down on bed and pulls Nandini in his arms. He kissed Nandini whole face in happiness and hugged her tightly, inhaling her fragrance to calm his raging nerves.

“ Thank god, you are here Angel. You didn't leave me alone. I thought you left me after knowing my past.” Manik said Kissing her forehead.

 he whispered to himself “ I'm never going to tell her my past. If I do, then she will leave me like in a dream.”

Then he heard Nandini mumble in her sleep “ please don't leave me. I don't want to go with him. Please save me.”

Manik looked at her with his drowsy eyes as he was still under the effect of alcohol and said kissing Nandini forehead “ don't worry Angel I'll never let anything happen  to you. You are safe with me. I won't let that bastard reach near you till I'm alive. I promise you Angel once I get to know who Vidyut is from you then you see how painful death I'm going to give him for hurting you. Because of him my angel is in serious depression. Because of him she is afraid to let anyone come close to her fearing that he will kill everyone. I'm going to give him the most brutal death in such a way that every cell of his body is going to beg for death but I'll not give him easily.”
