CHAPTER 18

Jimin's pov

Next morning I waked up by the sound of my alarm. I groaned hearing the alarm still somewhat tired and had sleep in my eyes. I shut the alarm and roll over to see yoongi sleeping beside me, his face peaceful and relaxed. I smiled at the sight, a wave of affection washing over me. I reached out to brush away strand of hair falling on his forehead careful not to wake him.

I lay there for a moment looking at him and collecting my thoughts. Today is the first day of the new semester. I am feeling a mixture of nerves and excitement at the thought of starting my final year. I know it will be a busy year but I am determined to make the most of it.

I sighed and reluctantly drag myself out of the bed being careful not to disturb yoongi's sleep. I splashed water on my face fully waking myself. As I did my morning routine I could hear yoongi stirring in bed. I came out to see a sleepy yoongi sitting on the bed yawning and rubbing his eye.

"Morning" yoongi mumbles his voice hoarse from still waking up.

"Morning" I replied, smiling at the sight of his sleepy expression. I walked towards the bed , sitting on the edge near him "you sleep okay?"

He nods "yeah I slept alright" his voice still groggy. " just not looking forward to going back to work."

I chuckled knowing very well that he is never a morning person "I know but you will be okay, you love teaching, remember?"

He grumbles as he also know I am right "Yeah I know" he sighed " don't remind me"

I grinned at his expression finding it adorable "You will survive" I teased " and moreover I will be there to make things less miserable."

He rolled his eyes but I can see a small smile tugging at his lips ( which he tried to hide but failed miserably) " Yeah thanks my personal ray of sunshine for brightening up my dull day" he said sarcastically.

I laughed, enjoying our playful conversation "You know it" I said witha smirk " I will make sure to drop my your class to annoy you."

He groaned dramatically " please don't I need to maintain professionalism and your presence is distracting."

I laughed "Yeah yeah sure" I playfully poked his sides, earning a grumble from my husband.

"Hey stop it" he said pushing my hand away "I need to focus on teaching, you are a tease."

I laughed enjoying teasing him " Oh come on admit it, your life would be boring without me making it interesting." I again poked his side.

He suppress a small smile " Yeah yeah whatever " He huffed " now can you stop poking me? I need to get dressed. "

"Sure" I stopped poking him, I watched as he went to washroom to freshen up with a small smile

As we got ready, we discussed our plans for the day. We said supporting words to each other , wishing each other good luck.

AT UNIVERSITY

I walks into the campus, the familiar sight making me nervous and excited at the same time. As I made my way to my first class I spotted jungkook and taehyung going ahead of me, walking hand in hand.

I smiled and quicken my pace calling them "Hey guys"

They turned around and smiled warmly. They approached me and I was engulfed in a bone crushing hug " jiminshii I missed you so much"
