Eshaan's pov

As the first light of dawn spills into my room, I slowly open my eyes, greeted by a familiar and comforting sound.

It's not the harsh blare of an alarm clock but the very sweet music of nature that I recorded myself.

The soft melodies of rustling leaves, distant birdsong, and the gentle trickle of a nearby stream fill the air, wrapping around me like a warm embrace.

This is my favorite way to wake up, and it reminds me of my love for music and the beauty of the world around me.

I listen to this music when I need to escape the world.

As I lay in bed, still wrapped in the warmth of my blankets, I heard a familiar voice calling me from the other room.

"Eshaan... wake up, beta! You need to go to college!" My mom's voice was filled with excitement, a stark contrast to the mix of emotions swirling inside me.

My mom's voice cut through the serenity, reminding me that it was my first day at a new college.

I wasn't looking forward to it. I'm not exactly the social type, and the thought of meeting new people and making friends made my stomach twist with anxiety. But I knew I had to put on a brave face, for my mom's sake if not mine.

I was neither excited nor ready to accept or start this new journey

Still hoping for the best I stood up and started preparing for the day.

As I got ready for college, my mind wandered to the unknown. What would my classmates be like? Would I fit in? The questions swirled in my head like a vortex, making me feel dizzy.

On my way to college, I saw a puppy wagging its tail and a girl about to hit it with her skate.

My instincts kicked in, and I rushed to save the puppy. But the girl change her trajectory and we collided instead.

I felt a jolt as she collided with my chest, her small frame (she was only 5'6" compared to my 6'2") sending me off balance.

My leg twisted awkwardly, and we both ended up falling to the ground

My leg twisted awkwardly, and we both ended up falling to the ground.

I found myself on my back, with the girl sprawled on top of me, her sketches and books scattered around us.

For a moment, we just stared at each other, our eyes locked in a mixture of surprise and annoyance. I could feel her warm breath on my face, and her hair tickled my chin. It was a strange, unexpected incident.

I continued to gaze at her as she struggled to stand. "This isn't your bed; if you want to sleep, you can go back home," she said

Then, she spoke up, her voice sharp and accusatory. "Andhe ho dikhai nahin deta hai?" ("Can't you see? Are you blind?")

I was taken aback by her outburst, my mind racing with shock and confusion. Wait, wasn't it her mistake? Didn't she swerve into me? I couldn't believe she was trying to pin this on me.

I kept silent, my shyness getting the better of me. I couldn't think of a witty retort or a sharp comeback. I just stared at her, my eyes wide with surprise.

"Itni lambi ladki Dikhai Nahin Deti Hai?" she said, her voice dripping with sarcasm. ("Aren't you able to see this tall enough girl?")

I giggled inwardly at her comment. If she's tall, then what am I? I thought to myself. I'm even taller than her!

"Are you blind? I know you're wearing glasses, but I still want to confirm," she challenges.

She kept provoking me and I that point I lost my mind

"Excuse me?" I replied, my voice firm but calm. "I think you're the who is blind who can't see a puppy and the 6 feet tall creature and you are the one who lost control of your skateboard. Don't blame me for your mistake."

Her eyes narrowed, and her voice dripped with venom. "You think you're so smart, don't you? Well, let me tell you, you're not. You're just a clueless, arrogant jerk who can't even watch where he's going."

Her face turned red with rage, and she took a step closer to me. "How dare you," she hissed. "You know nothing about me or what I'm capable of."

I stood my ground, meeting her glare with a steady gaze. "I know enough to see that you're trying to deflect blame for your own mistake. It's not going to work."

She made faces after listening to my harsh but true words

I begin picking up her books and sketches from the ground, and she helps me, realizing they belong to her.

As I stood with her books and Sketches I noticed her name on her left side of the chest "Evara the cultural captain "I exclaimed

How dare you? Mr.......
Mr. nerdy bear

"What do you mean ?"I said with surprise

She looked at me, snatched her books from my hand, and walked towards the college.

As I watch her walk away, I noticed a book she left there and I tried calling her "Mis...miss Evaa...." I said (I forgot her name) she didn't replied so I took it as I enjoy being around books

She left me with a question in my head "who is nerdy bear ?"
