Set in the late 2000s, follows Ana, a teenage girl grappling with the absence of her mother, who passed away the day Ana was born. Raised by her single father, their relationship is strained, especially when Ana discovers her mother's hidden belongings.

Overwhelmed, Ana heads into the nearby woods, seeking solace. During the walk Ana feels an uneasy. Panic sets in, and she starts running.

Ana collapses, overwhelmed by fear. When she awakens, she finds herself transported back in time to the year of her birth. Shockingly, she meets her mother, who is alive and very much a part of this world.

She discovers that her mother's death wasn't the result of a tragic accident as she had been told.

Ana embarks on a journey to save her mother from a mysterious killer known only as "The Gone."
