Once again she was strung up with thicker chains in the basement. One slip up just costed her, her freedom.

"Why didn't you run?" Orochimaru asked curiously.

"You would've caught me." She said annoyed.

"Smart girl. But you've seemed to form bonds with the boys no?" He asked.

"So what? We all live, eat, and sleep together I had to find someway not to stab myself with a fork and end my suffering." She spat.

"No matter. We have to leave, someone is coming for you and I can't leave behind my experiments again. So unfortunately for you, I will oblige you, and end your suffering." He said pulling out a blade from his throat. "This is my final goodbye, since I couldn't make you what I wanted to. And I'm not to keen on keeping failures." He said with a grin, shoving the sword into her chest, putting another wave of force behind it sending it through her entirely. "Goodbye, daughter." He said as he ripped it out of her.

Her body slumped, head lolling forward. He gave a huff before running to flee with Sasuke and Kabuto hot on his heels. Once she was sure he was gone she weakly formed a few hand signs.

"Shadow clone...jutsu." She mumbled, using her ounce of chakra to call a clone to her aide. It appeared, staring at her with wide eyes. "Heal me." She demanded weakly, her breath shortening.

The shadow clone made quick work of using its medical ninjutsu, healing the gaping wound into nothing. When it was finished it puffed away in smoke, her body slumping from exhaustion. It had been three careful months of living with Orochimaru, months she didn't have the time for. Her unconscious body hadn't noticed the giant hole blown through the left wall, debris and rocks scattering onto the floor as Team Asuma entered. The light shown onto her body, illuminating the blood and markings, the chains stringing her up like a sacrificial lamb.

"Shikamaru, Choji, get her down." Asuma ordered sternly.

"On it." Shikamaru said as Choji broke the chains, he caught her limp body. "Ino. Come see if she's breathing."

"Coming!" She hollered, running inside the opening from her place keeping watch outside.

Ino felt through her body with her medical ninjutsu, feeling her heart pumping irregularly.

"She's alive! She's just barely hanging on!" She yelled to the team.

"Alright! Give her to me, and move out! We don't know how much time we have before anyone comes back!" Asuma barked.

Asuma carried her bridal style as they leapt out of the cellar and into the night. She was in just her sports bra and boxers once again, they'd deemed it easier to see past injection sites if she was so exposed.

They traversed for two whole days straight, they hadn't meant to find her but they were on a mission from Hokage to search that hideout anyway, it was by lucky accident they found Electra. Tsunade had numerous teams out searching for her after she disappeared the morning after the attack. It took a full week for Tsunade to get suspicious, knowing her sister valued her alone time after battle. But once Kakashi told her their home was completely untouched, she knew her suspicions were right. Kakashi wanted to look for her himself but Tsunade needed him at the village.

Kotetsu leapt to alert the Hokage once he saw a tired Asuma carrying the girl in his arms.

Asuma had a cigarette lit in his mouth as he carried Electra's limp body, his right hand tucked under her armpit so her head was leant as far back as it could go. Her right arm hanging outstretched, bouncing with every step he took as he walked her through the village. He was too exhausted to run. He didn't miss the whispers and concerned gazes from village citizens gathering around to catch a glimpse, and it wasn't soon after he arrived that almost the entire village was standing silently on the sidelines as he marched onward.
