Three months later, Kurenai was watching Hiro for Electra as she got some of her shopping done kid free. She was dressed in jean shorts and top with one long sleeve, leaving her other shoulder bare, the top ending just before her belly button. She sported her usual boots, feeling the need for casual comfort and not wedges today. She was about to enter a shop when a bomb hit the side of it, the shockwave sending her flying backwards. She sat up coughing and waving the dust from her face as she looked around in horror.

An enormous centipede was about to strike a small child crying for his mother in the road. Electra gritted her teeth before forming some hand signs and leaping to a roof.

"Lightning style! Shocking bindings jutsu!" She yelled throwing her hands out as strings of lightning chakra wrapped around the centipede, attaching to her hands as she ran up the side of a building wrapping the strings around it.

She grit her teeth as she stood on the side of the building using all her strength to hold the thing back. It screeched, trying to break free as it tugged harder, forcing her to take a knee. Her hair blew wildly in the wind blocking her vision, causing her to throw it back and yank as hard as she could with a scream, the force slicing the head clean off the damned thing. She leapt down, letting the strings detach, rushing to the kid alarmed. He looked afraid, but relieved until another centipede struck her, capturing her in its mouth.

She felt the sparks circulating her body as she forced its mouth open growing angry, the centipede shaking its head trying to figure out what was happening.

"RUN KID! GET OUT OF HERE! GO!" She screamed at him and he obeyed without a second thought, scrambling to his feet and taking off.

Electra let out a massive power surge, blowing the top half of its jaw clean off, tainting the air with a foul burnt insect stench. She shrugged off bits of centipede as she leapt off to find Kurenai, just making it right after Shikamaru blew up a centipede that had attack her and Hiro.

"You need to take the underground tunnel to the evacuation shelter. I'll take you part of the way. No arguments. If something happens to you or your child, I would never be able to face Asuma." Shikamaru ordered.

"Can you take Hiro with you, Kurenai?" Electra asked panting heavily. "I am so out of shape." She said leaning against the wall.

"I can." Kurenai said with a nod.

"Thank you. It'll be easier to help protect the village if he's safe away from everything. I'll owe you a hundred free babysits, mkay?" Electra said snapping her fingers at her.

"You don't have— and she's gone." Kurenai said with a laugh. Electra didn't want to waste anymore time when she could be out there smashing giant bugs. Which sounds unrealistic to her, but she was living it unfortunately.

She was stopped by a Rinnegan user, finally coming to an understanding what was really going on here.

"You don't want to fight me, of all the shinobi in the village you're most unlucky coming face to face with me." Electra said angrily.

"I am sorry for Itachi. But your shift in alliance didn't go unnoticed, Electra Uchiha. We will just take your son as Itachi's replacement." The man said smugly.

"You will not live to lay a finger on my son." Electra said lowly.

The two ran full speed at eachother, punching at the same time. Their fists colliding ripped the sediment from below their feet, tossing them apart and into the air to separate. She blocked various hits and attacks as the Rennigan user wielded a large staff. She didn't have her katana so she was forced to use her lightning blade to block and attack. She tried using all her strength but they were too fast, Electra kept somehow getting cut by the staff as they fought.
