Being engaged is an exciting thing, it means two people will become one, two people will spend the rest of their lives together, and have a family of their own, but for Grace she's nervous, what will married life be like?, what happens when both her and Paul are on tours? She shook her head while she was washing the morning dishes after making breakfast, Paul comes up behind her and wraps his arms around her waist, and kisses her cheek, "good morning love." Grace smiles into his kiss"mourning Paulie did you sleep well?" He smiles still wrapped around her"I sure did, I always have good dreams when I am sleeping next to you." Grace giggles like a little school girl"Paul you really are Paul McCharmly." He laughs and let's go of Grace and sits at their bar sink table, he looks at Grace and blinks at her and smiles at her like a child, Grace smirks at Paul knowing he's up to something"Paul what are you up to? You have that Cheshire grin and I know that means something is up." Paul laughs "you really know me don't you?" Grace snickers at her loving Fiancé, he gets up again spins her around and holds her close to him"you know that dress you bought that beautiful light blue dress with the feathers?" Grace nods"what about that dress?" Paul smiles"well I want to take you with me and the boys to this show we are performing at." Grace smiles real big"you mean at the Tyler theater?" Paul nods"yes my love I want you with me, it would mean a lot to me for you to go with me." Grace smiles and wraps her arms around his waist and yells yes over and over,but then she wonders why"wait why do you want me there I thought none of the Beatles women were allowed to Beatles business?" Paul smirks"darling I want you there, you are my fiancé now, and husbands and wives are more than welcome to events, John is bringing Cynthia, Ringo is bringing Maureen and George is bringing Leda." Grace smiles"well at least I will have Cynthia and Leda to keep me company." Paul hugs Grace close and the two dance together, after a few days Grace is in the studio working on a new song called Tumbling Dice, Grace was extremely excited for this song, because she came up with it after a interview her and the band had, they made her feel weird and asked personal questions, she felt a little violated, so she came up with tumbling Dice, but the producer had issues with the beginning lyrics, "people try to Rape me." He had bugged her about it saying it was really bad to say things like that but Grace wasn't budging, while she was in the booth she was trying to record the lyrics but she was stopped" people try to rape me, always think I am crazy, make me burn the candle right down." Cut"Grace can we please change the beginning lyric, it's not going to do well with the public, people already dislike your fashion and attitude." Grace frowns, Jonathan was going to go in and say something but Grace beat him to it"listen here You square, these are my lyrics, I write the songs and you produce them, these lyrics came from my heart and I don't care what the public thinks of me, I wear what I want and say how I feel, the problem is men have been to comfortable with women sitting back and being the yes woman and not saying how we feel, we are told what to say, to think and what to wear, I say, do and wear what I want, I am free to do so, so if some women want to clutch their pearls too i don't care, women deserve the right to speak their minds, so if that bothers you well you can leave because I am not changing my lyrics, you can just bite me." Andy and Hyo just stand there with their mouths open, and Jon stands there smiling proud that his little baby sister stood up for herself, Grace was on cloud nine, she felt so empowered, of course the producer quit but she felt good, she pulled into her driveway and saw that John, George and Ringo were over, Grace walked in and sat her things down and the guys all waved and said hello, Paul got up from the table and hugged and kissed Graces forehead"how did the recording session go darling." Grace smiles and with pride states"well I told the producer to bite me because he didn't like my lyrics." John begins to laugh uncontrollably at the notion thinking she's joking but when Grace doesn't laugh Paul looks at her seriously"love did you really tell the producer to bite you?" Grace nods"well he's been undermining me and he told me people didn't like me because I had an attitude and my fashion was weird." Paul laughs"darling it seems to me like maybe you are just too much for people handle." George laughs along"yeah you are ahead of your time." Grace huffs a little"I know and someday women will thank me for not having to wear pants all the time too." They all laugh, Grace was a bit ahead of her time because she thought the rules women had to follow were strange, she wanted to have fun and be herself, she knew society was weird with women but she wasn't fragile at all, but she knew Paul would keep her grounded and keep her safe, but soon enough it was time for the concert, Paul and Grace looked dashing together, Grace looked amazing and this was first time the media has the couple as a engaged couple, and people were taking pictures which is something Grace still couldn't get used too, she still smiled and waved while holding onto Paul's arm, Paul could see her nervousness, and gave her a big smile to reassure her it was ok, they were taken to their seats, Grace was enjoying the amazing talent but soon the Beatles were up their playing their very best, Grace was so amazed by Paul, She loved his talent and dedication to his friends, after the amazing show there was a party, Paul kept his arm around Graces waist the whole time just so she wouldn't get scared, a lady with a thick British accent spoke to Paul about Grace like she wasn't there"my your fiancé is an American?" Paul smiles"yes she is but she is such an amazing bird and I love her very much I don't know how I could live without her." The woman scoffed and walked away, Grace raised her eyebrow"Whats got her panties in a twist?" Paul snickered, he loved her American quips, they seemed foreign to him but so funny"I don't know love,Jealousy maybe?" Grace smiles up at Paul and kisses his cheek"I am sure they are , jealous that I am the future mrs. McCartney." Paul smiles and kisses the top of head and nods as they continue walking through the party, After a while Grace gets a little bored, she looks around the room and sees a woman holding a cute little baby girl, Grace wanted a baby so badly, she always pictured her with a bunch of kids, she wanted to be the mom her mom wasn't to her, she was now picturing her and Paul with cute little kids under their feet, she knew she wasn't married yet, and it would be so taboo for them to have a baby before they were married, but really she didn't care, she kept hoping she would have a baby soon, She was so lost in her daydreaming she didn't notice Paul was talking to her."Grace darling, are you ok?" Grace snaps out of it and smiles"oh yeah I am ok, I was just lost in thought is all." Paul smiles and takes a hold of her hand"let's go home now Huh? I am really tired and I am in the mood to get close to you." Grace smiles and nods, once the two got home they locked the door and began making out, they got upstairs and removed their dress clothes off, the love making was sweet and full of love, the two really loved each other, and wondered how they loved without each other for so long, after awhile the two fell asleep naked , laying on each other in each other's arms and rested through the night peacefully.
