Love Filled Rage

Chapter One: I

It was a normal day, bright and early at 7am and the sun was shining and the birds were chirping, she rushed down the stairs of her apartment, everything she would need for work almost falling from her hands as she fumbles the keys to her car, trying to get the right key to unlock the car. When she finally gets the right key she is at the door to the car and puts the key in the lock in a hurry, twisting it and unlocking the door. "shit!- shit!- I cannot be late!" She said as she gets in the car putting everything that was once in her hands in the passenger seat, practically throwing it there as she quickly turned on the car, then shutting her door. she starts pulling out the driveway as she puts her seatbelt on, practically doing everything safe backwards as she rushes to work.

She speeds, not too much over the speed limit but definitely enough for a good ticket or jail time. Within a 20 minute drive turned into 10 she makes it to work not too late, she walks in the building putting her tux Jacket on. She is a secretary to the CEO of a mildly good company, it isn't exactly a high paying job so she had to pick up a small part time job to support her lifestyle. She rushes in with the stuff in her arms. Lots of papers and folders as she rushes in, she makes it to the elevator and get in, luckily she is alone. That was until she pressed the button for the 5th floor and a hand come out and blocks the doors before it could close making it opened again, she almost lets out a grunt as the elevator was stopped till a person comes in.

A man just standing around maybe 5'10- and that's being nice. He comes in the elevator and stands next to her as he pressed the bottom for the 3rd floor, she took a deep breath as she knew that would cause her to be slightly more late. She didn't look at him as she already knew who it was. She took another deep breath, as the man said "Alice, you're late." He said as he looked over to woman, she breaths in the deep breath and didn't look at the man as she looked at the elevator doors as she said "yes- my alarm never went off and I accidentally over slept" she said trying to keep her answer simple and not seem to interested in the conversation.

The man chuckled as he looked at her "Alice Miller- The one and only Mrs. Stick-up-her-ass is late? That's a one in a life time event, and I get to witness it" here we go. She rolled her eyes at him and said "Haha- yes very funny" she said as she faked the laugh not even smiling or putting no effort into it as she didn't even look at him, the man chuckled and said "oh yes it is- it's even funnier then when Barbra was fat" he said as he fixed his suit, his floor coming up as he said "but hey, glad I got to see Mrs. Stick-up-her-ass late with my own eyes" he said making fun of another coworker, and her at the same time making her rolled her eyes as she said "go fuck yourself Tom- actually never mind you'd probably like it so why not try to go get pussy for once and maybe you won't be a raging asshole" she said to him as this argument between them was nothing new.

Tom Widows. The company asshole. He was rude to everyone and his ego was bigger then his-

"good to see your in good spirits" he said as he chuckled and left the elevator letting the door close before she can say anything. She takes a deep breath and closed her eyes, it only took a few minutes till the elevator got to the 5th floor. When the elevator opened she walks out, it's a big room full of desks and workers, you can hear everyone typing on the computers and some people taking calls, she walks past all of them as she makes her way to the hallway. When she walks down it she walks into the meeting room.

When she did everyone turned to her and froze as they had already started to meeting, she chuckled and smiled as she said "I terribly apologize- I didn't set my alarm last night, that was on my part." She said as she walked in and sat in the empty chair next to her boss as the man at the end of the table said "It's fine- we just got started so I'll accept it." He said as he flicked his hand at her and then started to talk again.
