Lunch time comes, Lee, Drew and I were on our way to the cafeteria.
"Can't we do this after school?" Romeo Lee asked.
"You promised to do it during lunch, Romeo Lee." I said.
"I don't remember me promising that." he said, irritated. "I just agreed to come."
"Will you just calm down?" I said, "There's nothing to worry about."
"I'm not worried." he said, defensive, I know that but I have to get some normal reaction from him other than mad. I was about to retaliate but her gave me a look. "Or nervous." I shrugged, "Besides, I thought you don't want me fighting with your brother, making a scene will make him throw a fit."
"For the last time, my big brother don't throw a fit."
"Well, you seem to be forgetting how good a fighter he is and I don't thnk he'll be please that you didn't meet him earlier and went for a walk with his enemy." he pointed out, "Tell her Drew."
"Lee does have a point, Huntress." Drew says to me.
"Whether my big brother do tantrums and throw fits, do you really think that I'll let him harm you?" I said, they exchanged look, "I'm offended." Now they gave me a look, "Ok, so maybe I'm not offended, but really, do you think I'll feed you to the sharks?"
"Yes," Romeo Lee says, with as- a- matter- of- fact tone, "with a life vest on."
I stopped and faced him with a frown, we were already outside the cafeteria doors, "Have a little trust Romeo Lee, I am your partner, you know.""Huntress do have a point there as well, cusz." Drew says.
He sighed and nodded, "Sorry."
I grinned, "Forgiven, now c'mon..." I turned and the butlers opened the door for us. We breezed through the crowd as they step aside as they stared at us. But as always, I brushed it off, and I guess the boys did as well as they walk as if they own the place, I stifled a laugh at the thought.
I saw Hunter and the others just ahead and turned to face us. I stopped in front of Hunter. Romeo Lee and Drew stood on either side of me.
"Big brother." I said.
"Little Sister." Hunter says back, amused, he glanced at the Drew and Romeo Lee, "Boys." he tips his head then he glanced at his watch and looked at me, "You're late."
"I know," I said, "and I'm sorry."
Hunter grins, "And so am I." he glanced at Romeo Lee, "So I'm guessing that I am thinking the same thing you are thinkning?"
I frowned, noticing how Hunter seem to be whispering, but I can still hear him loud enough. I look around, "Is it really this quiet here? I never noticed." I caught some of the students looking our way, some turned away, some were brave enough to cross their arms and continue staring."C'mon, princess." Hunter says, "Let's get this over and done with."
I turned to him and looked him straight in the eye, "I want you and Romeo Lee to call it a truce." I heard utensils drop, chairs moving and some gasps.Lei hits slaps herself on the forehead, "She is crazy."
Hunter smiled and nodded, "I thought so."
"So is that a yes?" I asked.
"I don't know." Hunter says, "What do you think Romeo Lee?"
I rolled my head, my brother the Just, he should have been taken by Father Michael. I thought.
