Flynt's POV
I am seen on the roof as I take a bite from a cheese pizza slice.
When I start having my midnight dinner, I rest in a makeshift shelter, ensuring that my meal doesn't become frozen again when I eat it.
After we got the cure and... destroyed another part of the Mercenary Guild's base of operations, I told my friends to stay put in our HQ since the sun was about to come up.
I don't want Uzi to burn up while we search for Nile.
However, Soldier did lend me his radio so I could hear from the mercenary guild's chatter.
I can't stop to think of that name the cultist drones had said to me earlier.
Macaque... who are you?
After I take a swig of my flask filled with oil and blood, I hear the radio go off, which catches my attention.
"Team Echo to Team Alpha, we have recently discovered a giant lizard was seen in 7th street, southwest near the city."
"Wait... a giant lizard? Are you on medication or something?"
"Negative. We know what we saw. We're going to investigate immediately."
I pick up the radio and say, "Back off, Team Echo. I'll handle it."
"What? Who said that?"
"This is Flynt Connor," I identify myself. "I want all Mercenary Drones to back off from that area for your own safety."
"... Copy that. Backing off."
After putting the radio away with my suit, I stretch my wings and fly off, heading outside the city to find Nile.

After I arrive in the suburban area outside of the city limits, I land on a roof like Spider-Man as I check my surroundings for enemy Murder Drones.
Once I see the area is cleared, I make the radio pop out of my shoulder, catching it with my left hand.
"Team Echo, I'm at the abandoned suburb outside of the city," I say through the radio. "Are you sure you saw the giant... lizard... thing here?"
"Affirmative, Connor. We saw it through a surveillance drone an hour ago. Had to make sure my optics were not malfunctioning."
