"Girl wh- I know that ain't no edible mariiii". Nana spoke dragging out my name at the end. I shrugged my shoulders.
Maybe I shouldn't eat the edible since I just threw up like 47 times. "I'm grown I do what I want".
"I- you not acting like it". I ate it without another word. Then instantly regretted it, my ass is you going to be up all damn night.
We had just got in the car and she started to pull off the street when she handed me her phone to put in my address. As I put in the address I started getting a little sad.
Sad at the fact the night with her was quickly coming to an end. But it's for the best I'm focusing on me right now I got to much going on the be worried about a girl.
After giving her back her phone she put her eyes on the road and got to driving. I caught myself staring at her for a second just admiring her features.
Before I knew it we were pulling into my street. I then heard Nana stomach growl loud as hell.
"Damn I'm hungry". The sudden words caught me off guard making me look away and face straight ahead.
It also made me realize I'm hungry as fuck and then my stomach growled louder than hers and we both busted out laughing.
"Uhh- I am to, do you want to maybe get food?"
The sentence spilled out without any second thought causing my heart to beat out my chest, i noticed her smile a little through the corner of my eye which made me feel a little better but her smile gave me a thousand butterflies.
"Yeah we could do that, only if you feel up to it though". She laughed a little after saying that which made me smile.
"Girl yes, if I don't eat I'll probably just throw up some- damnnnn". Right that second I felt the edible kick in. I zoned out then back in, I felt the weed running through my body.
I'm a lightweight so yeah and that shit was like 250mg. I have no idea what I was thinking. I am not grown.
"What, Mari you cool-". Her voice sounded concerned and she quickly glanced between me and the road.
"Nothing I'm chilling." She parked in front of my house then looked at me and we made this intense eye contact that caused instant water falls.
"What you wanna eat mama". I know damn well I'm probably blushing I hate it here.
I just shrugged my shoulders and looked away. "Unt unn look at me, what you got a taste for".
I turned back to her and looked at her lips the back at her eyes. "I don't knowwww uhhh can you give me some ideas".
Man fuck this edible, I'm supposed to be standing on business focusing on meeeee, this shit got me wanting to risk it all.
"Ight how about I just take you to my favorite spot?" She questioned "since you finally in my city". When she said that she flashed me that signature smile making me melt a little.
STAND ON BUSINESS BRUH
"Yeah I'm down" I said confidently. She then asked me if I wanted to get on the aux but I shook my head no, I hate playing my music because I always feel like nobody likes what I like or wants to listen to the shit I listen to when I I wanna listen to it. You feel me?
"Shi that's cool i got a playlist you gon love". She then turned on the playlist and pulled off. The first song that played was From A Woman by Mariah the scientist
