My hands are bound,
By the shackles of age,
My feet are bound by sins.
My tongue is here,
Untouched and unharmed,
But my palace is now in ruins.I gathered my strength,
And tried to wail,
I could not make any noise.
What could have happened,
To my tongue unyielding,
What could have happened to my voice?I struggle everyday,
With no words of endorsement,
I cry all alone as I stand in the rain.
For I am the sinner,
And this is my atonement
I must now, endure every pain.
