"This is Dyles tail!" The guild master said in surprise!
"Did you...Did you really kill him?!"

After returning to Hellawes with Dyle's tail, Velvet and Rokurou went straight to the shipping guild master.

"We found both him and the Branded mercenaries you hired all dead next to a lake of tar. They all must have fallen in while killing each other." Velvet lied.
"This is all we could bring back."

"Is that so?" The guild master asked.

"Doubt us all you want. I've brought you back the Daemons body before the branded you hired did. That was our deal, right?" Velvet reminded.

"...Fair enough." The Guild master accepted.

"Good. Now work on my ship." Velvet demanded.

"I'm Afraid we can't. We still need Lady Teresa's permission first." The Guild master said.

"I'm in a hurry. And besides, It would be much worse for you if she knew who the real smugglers were." Velvet threatened as the guild master went wide eyed.
"We know where you're little warehouse is. And we even know where the little ladder leading to it is. So, Either repair the wrecked ship on the beach so I can sail away quietly, or I'll tell Teresa about your little scheme."

"V-Very well. I'll find you your shipwrights. We'll see you at the shore." the guild master finally accepted.

And with that, Velvet and Rokurou walked away.

"So, Since we got so much Gil On our hands, how about we spent 5 or 6 to upgrade our Equipment?" Rokurou asked.

"Sure." Velvet agreed as the two headed toward the weapon shop again.

Later, after getting their upgrades, the two began heading back to where their ship crashed into to see how the guild was doing so far in fixing it.

"Well. It looks like we'll get the repairs we need." Velvet said on the way.

"Maybe, but that's only half of our problem. Without a proper crew, we'll wind up shipwrecked again." Rokurou pointed out.

"We don't have time to find one. Let alone a trustworthy enough crew in that matter." Velvet said.

"You did see where my sailing skills got us, right?" Rokurou smugly asked.

"I'm not forcing you to come. I'll do it alone, if I have to." Velvet said.

A while later, they finally arrived to where their ship was with the guild master himself there in person.

"She's hopeless. Her keel's busted. It'd be faster to build a new ship." The guild master explained.

"Her keel?" Velvet asked.

"It basically means a human with a broken spine." Rokurou explained.

"And how in blazes did you end up running aground here?? It's like you were being chased by a Waloeden fleet." The guild master said.

"If you can't help with this ship then get us a new one." Velvet began to threaten the guild master.
"Or else, the exorcists will be on your door regarding your little secret. Got it?"
