I got back home after Pedri dropped me off
The car ride was something, tense
All silent which I didn't understand much, maybe he was just as embarrassed as me
I got into the house and found Pablo on the couch, shuffling through tv channels
"You're back!"
"How was it" he questioned
"Um it was okay I guess.."
"I guess? How come?"
"It's complicated, but it's whatever" I shrugged
No way in hell would I tell my brother what happened in that clinic. never
"Did you help anyone?" He asked catching my attention once again
"Yeah, one person"
"Oh really? Who"
"Your best friend" I rolled my eyes
"Oh how sweet" he said mockingly
"At least you two can form a bond and stop bickering"
"Form a bond!? Please, with that arrogant little shit? Never" I scoffed
I didn't want to talk about it anymore so I left and went upstairs
I got unready and into my pjs and immediately fell asleep

Wednesday, 08.28.24
It was 11:00 and Pablo and I were on the way to the training centre, it was a recovery session once again but I had work, I needed to check up on Marc Bernal who was injured pretty badly last game, I didn't need to do anything special for his check up, only give him exercises to do during the period of his recovery
I was hoping no one else would get injured and would be in good shape for the Barça - Valladolid match but you can never properly predict the future
Pablo and I parted ways and I went down to the clinic and Marc shortly arrived
He looked tired, which I understand since it's a really unfortunate injury specially for a 17 year old boy, but just like Pablo, they can both come back stronger
"¡Hola, Marc!" I welcomed him in
He was walking better than when we were in
Vallecas which was good to see, he was in crutches but walking better
I showed him all the exercises he could use to get his leg used to the movement and that could help heal the injury, then he asked some questions and what to expect and what not, then the check up was over and he went over to watch the team train
I had some free time, so I ran to my office and wrote an email to Marc's health agent to let them know how the check up went, then I returned to the clinic
I chatted with the B team physiotherapist who was also free at the moment until he had to finish the medical of the B teams new signings
