Three figures emerged in the doorway, clad in black armor, their presence commanding attention.

The first, with dark hair, led the way, his piercing gaze scanning the room.

Behind him, two identical figures followed, their blond hair and chiseled features marking them as twins.

The air thickened as the trio's presence commanded attention.

Melantha's eyes widened. "The Black Knights."

Aza's hand instinctively went to her sword.

Kaiel's grip on his own sword tightened.

Aron's eyes narrowed. "What brings you to Marshall's?"

The dark-haired knight, Ryker, spoke.

"You managed to get away the first time," Ryker said, his voice tinged with frustration.

"But not again," Ryker added, his gaze locked onto the gods.

"You're under arrest for impersonating deities," Ryker declared.

The twin knights, Kael and Thane, flanked Ryker, their eyes fixed on the gods.

Ophelia stepped forward. "On what grounds?"

Ryker's gaze didn't waver.

"You escaped from the Dragon's Roost," Ryker reminded them.

"Twice, you've evaded justice," Ryker said.

Melantha's eyes flashed. "We are the gods."

Ophelia stood tall. "We will not be silenced."

Aza's hand remained on her sword.

Kaiel and Aron positioned themselves, ready to defend.

However, Aron stepped forward, hands raised in a calming gesture.

"We don't want to fight," Aron said.

"Let's resolve this peacefully."

Ryker's expression remained skeptical.

"Surrender and face judgment," Ryker replied.

Melantha nodded slowly.

"Very well," Melantha said.

"We'll cooperate."

Ophelia sheathed her sword.

"Aza, stand down," Ophelia instructed.

Aza hesitated, then nodded.

The gods allowed the Black Knights to bind their wrists.

Marshall's eyes narrowed.

"This isn't over," Marshall whispered to Ryker.

Ryker's gaze didn't waver.

"You've harbored impostors," Ryker repeated.

As the Black Knights led the gods away, Marshall called out:

"Tell the Council I'll come for you!"

Ryker presented the gods to the Council representative.

Lady Alethea's piercing gaze swept the captives.

"So, you claim divinity?" Lady Alethea asked.

Melantha stood tall.

"We are the gods," Melantha declared.

Lady Alethea's smile hinted at amusement.

"We'll uncover the truth," Lady Alethea said.

Her gaze narrowed.

"And why are they only six? " She  asked, her voice tinged with frustration.

Ryker's expression turned defensive.

"We apprehended all who were present at Marshall's," Ryker explained.

Lady Alethea's eyes flashed.

"Didn't you say there were seven imposters involved?" Lady Alethea pressed.

Ryker's jaw clenched.

"We're still searching for the remaining one," Ryker admitted.

Kealin and Thane exchanged uneasy glances.

Lady Alethea's dissatisfaction deepened.

"This is unacceptable," Lady Alethea said.

"The Council demands all seven imposters be brought to justice," Lady Alethea emphasized.

Ryker's face set in determination.

"We'll find the last one," Ryker vowed.

Melantha spoke up.

"You'll never find them," Melantha said, a hint of defiance in her voice.

Ophelia's eyes locked onto Lady Alethea.

"We'll never betray our kin," Ophelia added.

Lady Alethea's smile turned cold.

"We'll see about that," Lady Alethea said.

Interrogation chambers

Torture devices lined the walls, casting ominous shadows.

Lady Alethea's presence filled the room.

"Let's begin," Lady Alethea said, her voice dripping with malice.
