Ishana's Awakening
As dawn’s first light began to filter through the windows of Ishana’s chamber, the golden rays touched her face, gently rousing her from sleep. The early morning air was cool and crisp, carrying with it the faint scent of blooming flowers from the palace gardens. Ishana stirred, her eyes fluttering open to the soft light that illuminated the room.
She slowly became aware of her surroundings—Rukmini and Satyabhama were still by her side, their heads resting against the bed in a quiet vigil. Their presence, though reassuring, did little to erase the lingering unease from the previous night. Ishana's mind was a tangled mess of fear and confusion, but she took comfort in the knowledge that she was safe, at least for now.
Ishana tried to sit up, her body feeling heavy and drained. Rukmini and Satyabhama stirred at her movement and quickly came to her side, their expressions a mixture of relief and concern.
"Ishana," Rukmini said softly, her voice filled with warmth, "you’re awake. How are you feeling?"
Ishana glanced at them, trying to steady her voice. "I’m... better, I think. Thank you for staying with me."
Satyabhama placed a gentle hand on Ishana’s forehead. "You were in quite a state last night. We were worried about you."
Ishana offered a weak smile. "I know. I’m sorry for causing such distress. It was... a frightening experience."
The two women exchanged a glance, their eyes reflecting their shared concern. They had been on edge all night, their minds racing with thoughts of what might have happened if Kanha hadn’t arrived in time.

Kanha’s Visit
Kanha entered the chamber quietly, his face etched with concern. He had been restless throughout the night, unable to shake the feeling that something was still amiss. The sight of Ishana awake and surrounded by Rukmini and Satyabhama offered some relief, but he knew he needed to speak with her directly.
"Good morning, Ishana," Kanha said gently as he approached her bedside. "How are you feeling?"
Ishana turned her gaze towards him, her eyes reflecting a mixture of gratitude and apprehension. "Morning, Kanha. I’m feeling better now. I’m sorry for the trouble I caused."
Kanha took a seat beside her, his expression softening. "You have nothing to apologize for. We’re just glad you’re safe. But I need to understand what happened last night. Can you tell me more about what occurred?"
Ishana hesitated, her eyes flickering to Rukmini and Satyabhama. She knew she couldn’t hide the truth forever, but the fear of Duryodhana’s wrath still loomed large.
"I... I don’t know what to say," Ishana began carefully. "I felt faint when I entered my room. There was a strong lavender scent, and it made me feel breathless. I thought it was just a reaction to the scent."
Kanha studied her closely, his brow furrowing with concern. He could sense that there was more to her story than she was letting on, but he chose not to press her further at that moment. He reached out and took her hand, his touch gentle but firm.
"We’ll investigate this further," Kanha said reassuringly. "For now, try to rest and regain your strength. We’ll make sure you’re safe."
Ishana nodded, grateful for his understanding. Rukmini and Satyabhama exchanged relieved glances, their worries momentarily eased by Kanha’s presence and reassurance.

The Sisters’ Concern
Meanwhile, in Aarya’s chamber, the makanes gathered for a quick breakfast. The mood was subdued, the events of the previous night casting a shadow over their usual morning routine. The sisters spoke in low tones, their conversation punctuated by occasional glances towards the door.
Aarya sat quietly, her mind still preoccupied with Ishana’s condition and the growing threats they faced. Priya and Pihu shared their own concerns, their faces reflecting the anxiety that had taken hold of them.
"We need to be more cautious," Aarya said, her voice resolute. "If Duryodhana’s actions are any indication, things are about to get more dangerous. We must protect ourselves and each other."
Pihu nodded, her expression firm. "We’ll be ready. We won’t let our guard down. Ishana needs us, and so does the entire kingdom."
Akshu, who had been unusually quiet, finally spoke up. "And we should focus on our upcoming roles. If we’re to be part of this alliance, we need to prepare ourselves mentally and physically."
Aarya glanced at her sisters, their determination bolstering her own resolve. "You’re right. We have to stay strong and united. Let’s use this time to make ourselves ready for whatever comes next."
Their conversation continued, the sisters brainstorming strategies and discussing how they could best support each other and their allies.

Duryodhana’s Desperation
In a secluded corner of the palace, Duryodhana brooded over his actions. The events of the previous night had left him unsettled, and his earlier confrontation with Shakuni had only heightened his sense of frustration. He paced back and forth, his mind racing with thoughts of Ishana and the consequences of his actions.
Ashwatthama and Karna, having heard of the latest developments, approached him with worried expressions. They understood Duryodhana’s obsession but were increasingly concerned about the damage it was causing.
"Duryodhana," Karna said cautiously, "your actions have put us all at risk. We need to address this before it escalates further."
Ashwatthama nodded in agreement. "Ishana’s safety is crucial, but so is maintaining our alliances. If this goes on, we could lose everything we’ve worked for."
Duryodhana’s eyes blazed with anger and defiance. "I won’t be swayed by anyone. Ishana belongs to me, and I will do whatever it takes to keep her by my side."
Karna and Ashwatthama exchanged concerned glances, their unease growing. They knew that Duryodhana’s relentless pursuit could endanger not only their plans but the very fabric of their alliances.
"We need to find a way to handle this situation," Ashwatthama urged. "Before it’s too late."
Duryodhana’s gaze hardened, his mind set on his own path. "I will handle it in my own way. Just stay out of my way."
With that, Duryodhana turned away, his thoughts consumed by the need to reclaim control over his life and the people in it. His obsession with Ishana had reached a dangerous level, and he was determined to act on his own terms, regardless of the consequences.
