Jungkook touched his cheek, staring at Jimin, who was glaring at him in anger. They had been close for years, and no one had ever laid a hand on him. But today, his closest brother had slapped him. Jungkook hadn't expected that and had no idea what he'd done to make Jimin so furious.
Jimin: "Are you out of your mind? What the hell were you thinking, Jungkook?" His voice was loud, but only Jungkook could hear him.
Jungkook: "H-Hyung-" he began, but Jimin cut him off.
Jimin: "What were you thinking? I didn't expect this from you. I'm really disappointed." Jimin gritted his teeth, his gaze fixed on Jungkook, who was holding his cheek.
Jungkook: "Hyung, did I make you so angry that... that you raised your hand against me?" His voice cracked.
Jimin: "What else do you want me to do? I thought it was all Taehyung's fault, but today, I'm telling you-you're the main reason why things ended up like this," he shouted, and Jungkook's eyes widened as they filled with tears.
Jungkook: "I'm the reason, Hyung? He's the one who cheated on me with her, and now I'm just dancing with Mingyu, and you're still supporting your friend like he did nothing wrong," he said, making direct eye contact with Jimin. Jimin exhaled deeply before replying.
Jimin: "He didn't cheat on you, you idiot. How could you spend eight years with him and not even realising him? I'm asking you directly, Jungkook-did you really love Taehyung or not?"

Jungkook froze.
Jungkook: "What are you saying? Are you doubting my love? He wasn't loyal to me, but I loved him with all my heart, Hyung, and even still-" He stopped himself, choking on his words. Jimin laughed bitterly and clapped his hands.
Jimin: "If you truly loved him, Jungkook, and knew him well, you wouldn't have doubted him that day, and you wouldn't have broken up with him. I'm supporting him because he's not my friend, but I'm telling you this: Taehyung values feelings more than anything. He's not like you, who controls his emotions. He's like an open book, easy to read. But you failed to see that. He didn't want things to end."
Jungkook: "If he really valued my feelings, he wouldn't have gotten involved with her," Jungkook scoffed.
Jimin: "It was because of you, If you had trusted him that day, he wouldn't have accepted her. You didn't believe him after all those fucking years together. I don't care about what happened in the past, but I'm telling you now-he still loves you, even after everything."
Jungkook: "If he loves me, then why did he start dating her, Hyung?" Jungkook asked, frustration evident in his voice.
Jimin: "That's all going to end if you just sit and talk to him. This is just a little misunderstanding,If you both talk, you'll realize how foolish this all is," Jimin said. Jungkook shook his head immediately, unwilling to hear any more. Jimin closed his eyes, trying to keep calm.
