Chapter 1

We were playing all together with Kurapika and Pairo, and it was fun. we went into the forest to play tag, but then I heard meowing. I approached an injured kitten who was looking for someone to help. I  told Pario and Kurapika to see she is wounded verd badly, Kurapika said to me. We took her home, and my mom sealed her wounds. It looked like she fell from a tree my mom said. Yeah, I think that's what happened, I said. Then kurapika and Pairo came and checked on the kitten, it look like it was healed, kurapika said. It was sleeping peacefully, and from looking at her, I think she lost her mother, so I told my mom if I could keep it, and she agreed. Kurapika had a test tomorrow to activate his scarlet eyes, and I wanted to go with him, but because my parents were scared to let me go because I'm a girl. I told them it would be fine, but they wouldn't listen, but mom kurapika and pairo are with me I will be fine I said but my mom still disagreed and told me to stay until they came back. After they came back, kurapika told me that it was fun and he passed the test. I was happy for him but he said he will be leaving the village to look for a cure for pairo. I was sad because I won't be able to see him and won't be able to play the three of us. Then the cat woke up. Did you name the kitten kurapika said. No, not yet. What should I name her? Oh, I have an idea. How about the first two letters of our names, like mi from Minato and ku from Kurapika and pa from Pairo, so Mikupa. Yeah, that's amazing, Pario said. Yeah, nice to meet you, Mikupa kurapika said. Then kurapika left the village. I was sad so I went to the forest and took mikupa with me so I don't feel alone. pario got sick, and he got a fever this morning. But while I was in the forest, I found a card that was a hunter card. I took it home and searched on the internet, and it was a sighn up card for a hunter exam.
After I read everything about being a hunter, I wanted to become one, and maybe I could protect the village too. I went to the forest and started training and mikupa was with me 5 weeks pass and I was ready I told my mom after a few convincing she agreed and she signed the card and I was on my way. After finishing the hunter exam, I passed, and I got my hunter license. I was happy to show my family and pario about my achievements, but after I came back, everything was gone. I looked and the village, and everyone was dead and badly injured. I went home and found my mom on the floor in blood. mikupa was terrified, too. I was crying and mikupa was comforting me. I needed to find out who did th, s and I need to find kurapika and tell him what happened. I used my nen ability to make a fake dead body of myself so the people who did this killed the whole village and I would be considered dead. The I left the village tears in my eyes hoping to find kurapika but what can a 13 year old girl do. I went back to the city and checked in at a hotel I was up all night searching on the internet who did it and to my surprise I fount the troupes name the phantom troup. But before any of that I need to find kurapika.
