"You look pretty"

At the hotel I am stuck in a room with Averman and Jesse. My best friends but the two most annoying people when put together, I am praying that I have a better roommate in La.

"Shit guys we gotta get ready!" Averman starts running around the room gathering clothes yet fails to realize Jesse and I are ready.. We hear yelling from the bathroom, "Did you guys hear about that new Macy girl? Apparently she is dating someone on the Iceland team!"

I got a bit defensive of her, "Averman don't listen to every rumor you hear!". I don't know but I just didn't like when people are negative about her. "Alright I'm going to the lobby! Jesse wait for Averman."

As I walk into the lobby I see Macy standing with Julie and Connie. Before I know it Jesse is behind me. "Guy who you staring at?". I just shake my head, thankfully the limo pulled up.

I sat beside Adam and Julie, I also just so happened to sit across from Macy. Macy looked me up and down, "Hm for a tour guide you clean up nice." She winked at me, I got flustered and my cheeks felt a bit hot. Gosh this couldn't be any more embarrassing.

"You should see him with his shirt o-", Connie elbows Averman before he can finish his sentence. "Shut up Averman! I could say the same Roccas", I give a quick smile.

We get to the restaurant and this place is nice! We all order food and start eating, I can hear Jesse calling Adam a cake eater from the other end of the table. Adam and Jesse have a weird bond. I catch my myself staring at Macy, examining her rings and other jewelry... Just so happens Connie also caught me staring! "She's pretty huh?" Connie kicks my foot under the table. I just nod because she is pretty, like really really pretty.

Later on in the night some of the team goes back to the hotel while Connie, Adam, Luis, Charlie, Macy and I go walk around. Since Luis and Macy have never been to Minnesota before we take them to this old ice cream parlor. I don't get anything but Connie whispers in my ear to pay for Macy... I took her advice and walk up to her thinking nothing of it other than being nice. "Hey it's on me!" I pull out my wallet and Macy thanks me.

Finally we get back to the hotel the team wants to hangout so we go to Adam and Charlie's room. Fulton and Portman bust through the door, "Spin the bottle anyone?"

"You're joking right? There is only three girls plus Guy and Con just ended..." Jesse didn't have to add in the last part. Both Connie and I just shrink. I see Kenny making a face at Macy. Kenny stands up. "I'm too tired for this, I'm headed to bed. Roxie you'll be good here?" Macy nods her head.

"Who the hell is Roxie?" Portman asks looking confused, but so am I.. who is Roxie?

"Macy! Does no one here listen?" Connie rolls her eyes smiling at Macy. Huh Macy Roxie Roccas thats got a ring to it.

Awkwardly Macy and I stand up at the same time. We both decided to go back to our rooms but first we make a pit stop at the vending machine. "You look pretty Roccas." I didn't even think about it before I said it.

"Oh, thank you Guy! You look nice too.." I can tell she feels a bit flustered, she looks down at her hands and fidgets with her rings. I walked her back to her room, "Goodnight Germaine."

"Night Roccas!", as I head back to my room I can't stop thinking about what Averman said. Is Macy really dating someone from the Iceland team?
