Me and my mom are both nominated for VMA'S this year. Both of my albums are and so is TTPD. If my mom gets almosy every award she is nominated for, she makes history once again. Me and her are both nominated for best music video, I hope she wins because fortnight is amazing. The show starts in 4 hours and we have to start getting ready now. I get dressed in my dress and I love it.

My moms wearing a green and black dress and my dads wearing a suit with a green tie to match her. Drew is doing the same thing but with blue for me.
It's 30 minutes until the show starts so the four of us start walking down the carpet. We walk and take whay feels like hundreds of photos. They want one me me and my mom, a group shot, me kissing drew, this that and the other. We finally get to out seats and I have to head backstage because im performing and announcing a category. Why are they putting that much stress in a 14 year old I have no idea. I get my Mic and head to the stage.
" Hi everyone! Im Daisy Mae Kelce Swift and this is the 2024 Video Music Awards!! You wanna know something? I love someone in this room more than words can or or the lyrics I write! " I say transitioning into my song " the lyrics I write".
I finish my set and head back down to my parents and Andrew. Im nominated for best new artists and I am terrified. Im up against people I've collaborated with and if I win I don't want them to get mad.
" And your nominees for Best New Artist are, Benson Boone, Chapel Roan, Gracie Abrams, Daisy Mae Kelce, Swift, Shaboozey, Teddy Swims, and Tyla!!! Okay and the Moon Man goes to..." I cross my fingers and everyone holds my hand. " Daisy Mae Kelce Swift!!! "
Everyone is cheering and my mom who might already have met her second personality " Drunk Tay" is screaming of our happiness. I go up on stage and give my speech.
" Woah this is incredible! I was up against so many amazing artists and and I was the youngest one in the category! I want to thank my mom and dad for encouraging me to release my music and I want to thank my boyfriend, Andrew who has been there for me before we were even dating! I would also like to thank all of the fans who voted for me. I love you all so much!! thank you!!!" I walk off stage and hug my family.
I end up winning Best Collaboration for my song with Benson Boone. We went up and gave a speech together.
" This is crazy! I have to thank Benson for putting up with me stressing out if I sounded right and so many endless takes for the music video. " I say giggling at the last part and then Benson takes the microphone.
" Thank you Daisy, I was honored to work with you and you family because you showed me that you never give up even if we can't get our back flips to be synched even though at the end we got. Thank you to everyone who voted for us!!" he says giving me and hug. He was so sweet and I loved him so much!
" And your 2024 Artist of the Year is... Taylor Swift!!!" I hug my mom and she kisses my dad and gives a hug to Andrew. I was so happy for her. She won 6 and I won 4. She went up to give her speech.
" Wow this is such an honor!! I love every single one of the people who voted for me for this award. And I wanna pay back that love by telling you something that I have been working on for the past 2 years. And its that I'm taking back my reputation on November 27th. There are 6 vault tracks on this and I am so excited for you all to hear them! Thank you so much!!!" WHAT I HAD NO IDEA SHE WAS ANNOUNCING IT TONIGHT! LIKE I KNEW SHE RERECORDED IT BUT WHAT?
" Mom what the actual heck? You didn't tell me that you were doing that tonight!!! " I say to her as we all go sit back down. Its video of the Year next and my video for carnival is up for the award.
" And your winner is, Carnival - The lyrics I write, Daisy Mae Kelce Swift!!!!! "
" Holy crap its my first time being at the VMA'S and actually being nominated for things. And I have to say that I am so grateful for being able to get 5 of the moon men. Thank you for voting for me, I wrote this album about my boyfriend. And we went to the carnival for our first date and ah thank you so much!!"
As the award show ended I didn't really want to go to the after party considering I'm under age and I would be doing nothing and I probably wouldn't even be let in. So my mom tells me that the four of us can just go out for dinner.
We went to Nobu and it was so good. We finished up there and headed home. When we got him I took na photo of the moon men that me and my mom got and posted them on Instagram.
