Later that day grey comes
G- hey Tim I need to talk to u alone
T- yes sir
Tim said stiffly because he knew what this was about
Outside of Lucy's room
G- I don't have to say it you already know what you have to do hand them over
Grey said putting his hand out
T- yes sir
Tim said as he handed over his badge and gun
T- how long am I on leave for
G- until the investigation is over
T- what investigation that man took my wife the mother of my kids and shot her once almost twice if I hadn't shot him first
Tim said angrily
G- yes Tim ik but we have to investigate why he took Lucy and why he wanted to talk to u so bad
T- ok
As soon as grey left Tim called Lopez
A- hey is everything okay
T- yeah but I'm under investigation
A- Tim u know everyone goes under investigation when something like this happens
T- ik I was just wondering if u can come stay with Lucy and the twins
A- yeah ofc go and get ur union rep
T- yeah thank you so much Angela
A- ofc I'll be there in 10

Tim hanged up and went to check on Lucy and saw she was asleep with the twins around her her and he felt a many emotions he felt guilty that if he hadn't done what he done his babies wouldn't have their mom he wouldn't have his wife the person that lights up his world the most but he also felt relieved because now he doesn't have to worry about ray hurting the ones he loves and who knows he probably could've taken the kids next
Tim was deep in thought until a familiar voice called his name
A- Tim

A- Timothy don't lie to me
T- what if something happened to her
A- but it didn't ok so don't go into that mindset the kids need both of their parents
T- yeah ur right sorry
