Darryl’s P.O.V -

After jamming with Kay I decided that tonight I was going to stay over like she asked me to but I needed to get me some fresh garms so I could look fly tomorrow still. I gave Kay a kiss on her forehead and walked out of the house. Just as I was walking into the house Chris walked out proper screwing at me.

Me- “Family I don’t see why you screwing thin air for” I said to him.

Chris- “I don’t business fam, tell me straight are you feeling Kay? Like are you going to do a ting with her or not?” straight forward much?

Me- “ You like her fam? that’s new, I thought you was on a ..” before I could finish my sentences he interrupted me.

Chris- “ I said answer the question, not chit chat with me fam” this time it was e who screwed him. How my guy going to be so demanding? Fool.

Me- “Nah, I aint, wont and never will do a ‘Ting’ with Kay. She’s my girl best friend. No long “ Chris sighed and nodded his head at me.

Me- “You know what? Go her yard and tell her that you’re going to sleep over cause I need to talk to Carmel or something. Just gas her up”

Before I could even see my guys reaction he was dead and gone. I shook my head at the fool and walked into the house. Walking up the stairs I noticed the silence in the house. Freaky, I aint even shook. I just don’t like the silence going on in this house. I wouldn’t even mind hearing Showa and Javari fucking. Yeah you heard right, the two idiots confessed their undying love to each other *rolls eyes*. As I walked into my room, I noticed a lump on my bed. Walking closer I noticed that it Carmel sleeping so I joined her. I say give it five minutes and my girl will clock who she’s sleeping with. I was right. Five minutes later and she looked up at me.

Carmel- “hey?” she whispered softly on my chest.

Me- “hmm” I replied. I guess she deserve that after she ignore me every single day since we first met.

Carmel- “can I ask you a question?” she said whilst sitting up and looking at me.

Me- “You already asked one but go on” I replied back.

Carmel- “do you hate me?” she asked whilst looking down and fiddling with her hands. After a few seconds with no reply she looked up at him to see me smiling at her. She raised my eyebrow at him.

Me- “I could never hate you Carmel, but from the way you treat me sometimes I just wish that we never met. How can you just throw air at me when I’m saying hey? Its violation” I said whilst frowning.

Carmel- “I know, I’m sorry. There’s just too much shit going on in my life I don’t know what to do anymore. Me not speaking to you is like a safe root. You just got here, I don’t know you well enough to let you walk into my life. I have trust issues, but I don’t know anymore. I cant take” she said whilst sighing.

Me- “cant take what?” I asked me softly whilst caressing her cheek.

Carmel- “these feelings I have for you. When I saw you and Kay dancing out the window I felt jealous and I never get jealous over boys never”

Me- “Well you know how I does this” I said whilst trying to lighten the mood up. She just smiled at him and I returned it by leaning down and giving me a peck on the lips. I know I sound cliché right about now but even the smallest kisses with her sparks up my body. I felt but it looked like she didn’t’t.
