"Hey Genya, Zenitsu was thinking of throwing a small part tomorrow night after the game if you wanna come with! It's mostly for the team but others will be there as well, your welcome to invite Kanao!"
"Why Kanao specifically though?"
"You like her don't you..?"
"N-no! I don't like her like that! Sure, it's like a beginning to a small friendship, and she see's me differently...shy...cute... smart, gentle..kind..and-"
"Hmm??"
"Oh be quiet Tanjiro...I don't like her...."

"Yeah that's true, but she actually went to some small parties before actually, at the same time she had Neuzko and Aoi there sometimes I even invited her to some!"
"Do you like Kanao Tanjiro?"
"Oh me? I told you before she liked me in the past but I unfortunately rejected her, she hasn't really talked to me in that much sense, so our friendship became awkward after a while...besides I liked someone else like I said!"

I was a little thrown behind schedule, as Kanao did end up having to wait longer for me, due to me helping Tanjiro deliver some things to teachers. I watched as she peacefully looked at the sky, for the first time she didn't look bothered or scaredz because some boys and one girl were teasing her slightly. When she turned to me she smiled and waved, making me blush a little. The others teasing her walked away when their eyes met mine, that's exactly why I had to do this every day. "Ready to go?" She nodded and smiled. She was a little off, normally she was nervous, unsure of the idea at first of me offering towards all her how everyday.
She was more cheerful, happy, she wasn't afraid at all, I wonder if she actually wanted or really did get used to it by now. "did something happen? You seem oddly cheerful.." she looked up surprised at the question, there she is..
"If it's alright....could you maybe come inside my house...I wanted to give you something..." Was she seriously inviting someone like me to her house? Because there might be a chance I have to stay longer, and maybe Shinobu would come in. Though she seemed on good terms with me when I told her about the girls who were bothering Kanao the entire time, but at the same time, she always had it for me. Being one of the volunteers who help Mrs Tamayo in the nurses office, she knew my reputation very well.
