Akane is seen sneezing a couple of times in her room. She blows her nose in a tissue, before getting out of bed. She grabs a yellow sweater and puts it on before walking out of her bedroom.

Akane walks downstairs and towards the living room and joins everyone.

Kasumi looks over at Akane.

"Akane, are you sure you should be out of bed? You still look unwell." Kasumi said.

"I'm fine, sis...Just a cold." Akane says before going into another coughing fit."

"Akane, you don't sound fine at all. You should go back to bed and rest" Kasumi looks concerned as she hears Akane coughing.

"I'll bring you some soup or something." Kasumi smiled.

"No...I'm fine. I just need to get some food in my stomach, and I will be fine. I swear." Akane says before wheezing a bit.

Ranma couldn't help but overhear and looked at Akane, noticing her coughing and wheezing a lot.

"Akane. you should listen to Kasumi. You look and sound terrible." Ranma admitted.

"Gee, Thanks. I'll remember that." Akane lets out another cough before speaking again.

Ranma stares at Akane.

"I'm...fine...just need something to eat." Akane's voice is raspy and tired-sounding.

Ranma keeps looking at Akane, clearly not buying it.

"Sure, you are. You look like you're about to pass out any minute." Ranma gets up from his spot next to the table, on the floor, walks over to her spot, and sits next to her.

Ranma places a hand on Akane's forehead to feel her temperature.

Akane's body temperature feels very hot, clearly indicating a bad fever. She tries her best to smile.

"See? I'm fine..." Akane said, forcing a smile.

Ranma raised an eyebrow at her response, clearly unconvinced.

"You're burning up, that's not fine". You need to go back to bed, you're too sick to be up right now." Ranma declared.

Akane's too stubborn to admit she's unwell.

"No, I'm fine. I...I just need some food that's all." Akane goes into another coughing fit.

Ranma looks at her, clearly frustrated but also concerned.

"Akane, you're not fine. You sound terrible, and you don't even have the energy to stand up straight. You need to go back to bed and rest before you collapse or something." Ranma responded.

Kasumi nods in agreement with Ranma.

"Yes, Akane, please listen to Ranma and go back to bed. You're in no condition to be up and about right now." Kasumi replied.

Akane lets out another cough before slowly nodding, realizing they're right.

"Okay... fine! I'll go to bed..." Akane says weakly as she starts to walk back to her room.
