I sort of thought of this one on a whim. Please forgive me.

To be a personal attendant of the Princess was a great honor. Hailing from a long line of servants to the Royal Family, (y/n) was just one of many people tasked with the care of Princess Zelda. They never actually saw much of her, however, nor ever exchanged a word with her. The Princess always seemed to be busy, whether it be diving head-first into a book or sneaking out of the castle to explore against her father's whims.

Either way, it was (y/n)'s job to tend to her every need.

This particular night that they found themselves in seemed to carry a weight to it. As they did their daily rounds around the castle, (y/n) could hear some of the most senior staff whispering amongst each other, as if something terrible had happened. They had just assumed that the Princess had snuck out again.

There was a notable instance a few months back in which Zelda had left and not returned for three days, taking a journey out to Zora's Domain. The fury that the entire castle felt from the King when her daughter returned could be felt for days.

Not paying much mind to the worried whispers of their superiors, (y/n) left to turn in for the night. Taking a shortcut to get back to their quarters, they passed by the Princess' chambers. They were sure that if any of the older attendants had saw them there, they would have never heard the end of it, but (y/n) was especially tired that day.

(y/n) was just at the end of the hall when they heard a timid voice ring out from behind them.

"E-Excuse me... C-Can you help me?"

Nearly jumping out of their skin, (y/n) turned around to see the slender figure of the illusive Princess Zelda, barely peeking out from her door. They were stunned, not entirely sure what to do or to say, but swallowed their surprise and knelt in the presence of royalty.

"O-Oh, no need for that," Zelda awkwardly chuckled, "Just... please come a bit closer..."

"What seems to be the issue, my lady?" they asked, walking up to the barely opened door.

Suddenly and without warning, the door to Zelda's room swung open and a pair of hands grabbed them by the collar, pulling them into the dark room in front of them. (y/n) yelped out in surprise as the door slammed shut behind them.

"M-My lady?!" cried out (y/n), struggling against her grip.

It was only then, in the light of the full moon creeping in from the ordained windows, that they could see the red in Princess Zelda's eyes. Her lips parted to reveal a set of sharp, painful looking incisors.

"Please let me go!" they gasped again.

The Princess was much stronger than she looked, being able to pin the poor servant to the wall without them being able to escape.

"I'm... so sorry..." Zelda muttered as she brought her face closer to their neck.

She bit them.

It hurt.

They screamed, but only for a moment before one of Zelda's hands caught their mouth, silencing them. A sharp pain shot through (y/n)'s body as they felt their blood slowly be drained by the woman they were meant to serve. The more they struggled, the more their skin tugged against the fangs buried in their throat, the more it hurt.

A tear rolled down (y/n)'s cheek as they sat still, hoping that this would all end soon. The only thing that could be heard anymore was Zelda's heavy breathing as she helped herself to everything they had.

Eventually, after what seemed like eternity, she broke away. Zelda licked the puncture wound on their neck to take in any last drops of blood before kissing the spot of entry to sanctify her actions.

(y/n), who was feeling light-headed, tried again to push her off with no success.

"I'm sorry..." Zelda sighed with shame, "The senior staff said we were having a donor shortage and you passed by and smelled so good that..."

No words came from their throat as she spoke. They were too dazed, too overwhelmed, to truly say or do anything.

"If it's any consolation... You tasted really nice..."

She frowned at the sight of the worn-out attendant. A new wave of guilt crashed over her, realizing that they probably would have wanted nothing more than to just sleep and hope that this was all a bad dream. With a small sigh and a kiss to the forehead, she scooped (y/n) up in her arms and carried them to her bed, where she placed them there and tucked them in.

If anything, at least she could offer them a good night's rest after what she did to them/
