The six ponies finally came to a stop in a hallway far from the anomaly that was chasing them. They tried to catch their breaths. Whatever that was chasing them happened to stop following them and went its own way. And it definitely wasn't a sculpture. Twilight was the first to speak once she thought they were safe.

"Okay, let's try that again."

"You're really going to go back after you saw that thing chasing us?!" asked the cyan pony in disbelief.

"Pinkie could've been left behind and grabbed by that thing if I didn't grab her hoof!" said Rarity.

Pinkie blinked and looked at the fashionista. "What were we running from again?"

"It can't be back there waiting for us. It probably went to do something else." Twilight reassured the cyan pony.

The rest of the mares didn't want to go back where that certain anomaly was chasing them, but knew they had to if they wanted to survive. The six mares retraced their steps back to the chamber of the clockwork machine. Twilight took her level 1 keycard and slid it into the keycard slot. The keycard had been denied access since the containment chamber required a higher clearance than a level 1, making a beep sound.

"What happened?" asked Applejack.

"I think we need a keycard with higher clearance," answered Twilight.

"How are we going to get that?" asked Rainbow.

"I guess we'll have to search for one."

The six ponies left the entrance of the containment chamber. They went through multiple corridors in hope of finding another storeroom or a shelf with a level 2 keycard or higher. They walked through empty hallways and with no shelves to be found. They finally found a door that led them to another empty hallway. This time, the hallway had two pipes connected to the wall facing vertically and another door at the end of the hallway on the left.

The six ponies trotted into the hallway to see what the other door led to. Applejack was the last one to walk in following her friends. Applejack happened to hear the sound of scraping stone in the walls and stopped. She remembered what the document said and was instantly alerted.

"That sculpture is 'round here somewhere."

The five other mares heeded Applejack's warning and were on their guard as they walked through the empty hallway. They finally reached the second door on their left at the end of the hallway. The door had a label and a keycard slot beside the door.

LIGHT TESTING CHAMBER 2B

Twilight used her magic to swipe the level 1 keycard into the slot. The locked door opened to their surprise. On the other side was another door on the left that could be opened with a red button on the side and a small blast door straight ahead of them. Large storage totes rested beside the door with the red button. They had a bad intuition deep inside them as they walked in. Once Twilight opened the second door, she and the others found a small testing chamber with two glass windows, a locked door, and a control area.

The first thing they saw was the sculpture in the small testing chamber, facing the wall. A ventilation shaft was connected to the room. The vent cover had been broken off and rested on the floor. The sculpture must've traveled through the ventilation shaft and dropped down into the chamber.

"Aha! There you are!"

Twilight quickly closed the door, in case the sculpture saw them and made a move. The sight of the sculpture startled them to the point where they almost lost their breath. They tried to calm themselves by breathing in slowly.
