RUTU'S POV

I'm here again in Mumbai. The city of dreams. I never felt so heartless before as I'm feeling now after being in my apartment. It's so suffocating, it's like something have been left in Pune and I know what it is. It's my mind, my heart, my everything.

Utkarsha has done some magic to me, it's just an attraction I thought but then I realised it was more than a mere crush or an attraction. She's the one and I have no doubt or any hesitation to say or think about it.

Well, I'm here to attend an event for Cricketers. It's an extremely important event from my Pov for the sake of my cricketing career. Probably all the Cricketers will be present there with their better half or family but here I'm going to attend this alone. I have friends but they will be present there with their family. I thought to take my parents but they denied to come back from Pune and Ajit he's in a vacation with his friends.

UTKARSHA'S POV

This Atharva I want to kill him right now. He said that we have some important meeting in Mumbai and now when I'm in Mumbai he is telling that he want to propose Avni for marriage and he need help from me. Like bro seriously? He knows how I hate the whole concept of love and he want help from me to propose?

Anyways Avni is a good and sweet girl. First time I met her was 2 years ago Atharva introduced her as a just 'good friend' but then their friendship develops and with time they fell in love and now he wants to propose her. It's a Good decision by Atharva but why he dragged me here? He can take help from any of his friends right?

My door slightly open and there stands Avni with a flower bouquet.

"Heyy!! Utkarsha" she jumped onto me like a Kangaroo.

I'm a Rude type of person. But I think I have a soft corner and I only shows it to special one's and Avni is one of them obviously.

I make a funny disgusting face and she giggled at me.

"So, finally you thought to visit Mumbai?" She asked settling down on the bed.

"Yep! Or someone dragged me here" I replied settling beside her.

She confusingly looked at me for a moment and chirped "whatever it is atleast you came that's matter!"

"Hey ladies! I think I'm disturbing you both?" Atharva said entering my room.

"Ofcourse!" Avni replied with a pout.

"Well! I have three movie tickets of a new movie wanna join?" He asked dramatically

"Yeah!! Ofcourse!!" Avni said and get up from the bed and then looked at me "Utkarsha? You are coming na?

"No! You guys go! I don't feel like watching any movie!! I just want to take a nap! Bye!" I said and lay on my bed covering myself with duvet.

They looked at me for few moments and then giving up they moved out from my room. After they left I locked my door and took a long nap.

I woke up after around 2-2:30 hours of long nap. Mumbai never attracted me and I kinda know that or I believed my destiny, the things I hate the most or want to run away from, it get me closer to them. So here I'm.
