The tour around the building was fascinating. Ryan felt overwhelmed with every single thing the employee shoved them. They met many people. Most names were familiar to Ryan through his fiance's stories, and he could finally match them with faces. He wasn't surprised P'Judy, Jane's friend from college, was still so gorgeous. It's been a while since they saw each other, and she didn't lose any of her charming beauty. Ryan was nervous to see her. He wasn't sure if P'Judy knew about his internship, but the light smile she gave him assured him that she was aware of his arrival.
"And here's the director's office. Pie and Ryan will be staying here." Their guide led them inside the office. Ryan's heart started to beat faster seeing his fiance, sitting by the table looking at the laptop. His focused face was one of Ryan's favourites. The enticing sharp jawline and captivating dark brown eyes always ignited a fire within him.
"Hello, interns. I'm Baimon. Director, and this is Jane the assistant director. You will be mainly working under him." Baimon informed them. The room fell into the silence. There was no response from Jane as he concentrated on his work rather than his surroundings. Ryan knew well, how out of it could his fiance be while working. Honestly, it was sexy and annoying at the same time. Through time Ryan discovered a clever way to get his beloved's attention, but he couldn't possibly do it here. After all, some things should stay behind the closed doors of their home.
"Jane, can you please greet our new interns." Baimon gently kicked the table, pulling Jane out of his bubble.
"Oh, yeah. Hello." Jane looked up, scanning the group standing near the door. His eyes immediately found him. Ryan saw the corners of Jane's mouth twitch, and it almost made him chuckle, how he tried to fight the smile. It seemed his fiance created a strict man's image in the work. It was a pity that others couldn't see the cuddly puppy that was his Jane at home.
