Hi everyone, I'm Abyssal Phoenix. It is an honour to have you as a reader of one of my published stories on Wattpad. Thank you for taking the time to read my stories; I hope you enjoy them.
Growing up, I enjoyed reading and writing. I read various genres which include fiction, crime, thriller and biography. If you asked me who my favourite author is, it would be Enid Blyton; her style of writing gave me a sense of comfort and relaxation as I sat on my chair reading them with a cup of warm cocoa to accompany me.
I started writing essays when I was in primary school (I don't even remember what I had for dinner last night...let alone remember how old I was when I started doing this.) Did I win an award for it? (I wish)
Fortunately, my efforts weren't unseen when I stepped into secondary school. I had my work published in the school magazine in 2019 (I was 15 at time. Well, that's one thing I can remember.) I also participated in various story telling/poem recitation competitions and managed to snag the top 3 spots. (Yup....totally how I 'peaked' high school.)
During my teen years, I got into the world of K-pop and let me tell you; my gullible ass was in for a ride. Here I was, thinking the world of K-pop and the entertainment industry is rosy and glittery but boy how wrong I was....
Now, for all of you K-pop fans out there, let's sit back and rewind to the time when the AOA and T-ARA bullying scandal bombed the K-pop world in 2020 and 2012 respectively like it was bombing of Pearl Harbour. Well....let's just say Kwon Mina and Ryu Hwayoung are the 'Hitlers' of AOA and T-ARA's career. (I'm not even kidding; this is how I can described the situation.....don't forgive me for my rubbish sense of description....sorry not sorry.)
So, what did these two pathetic and mentally unstable pieces of trash did to AOA and T-ARA? Well, goody-two-shoes Christmas, they decided that their respective groups were outshining them to a point where one day, they decided to wake up and choose to be a victim to win the forgotten attention that they so desperately needed.
I'm not going elaborate further, go look it up yourself because I'm not the best narrator in this case and I prefer to mind my damn business. But to put it simply, everyone (if you're one of them, then shame on you and your IQ.) went on a witch hunt that resulted in the AOA and T-ARA members' careers getting tanked and they all had to go into hiding. And where were Miss Kwon Mina and Ryu Hwayoung when this whole fiasco was getting out of hand? Yup, their mouths took the stage and brought the unwanted gasoline into the fire until everyone got sick of their shit.
And what were their consequences? ABSOLUTE SHIT! Nobody questioned them even after all of the damage was done. No apology....yeah....
Why am I bringing this up? This was what got me into writing 'Coin'. Imagine in one point in your life where you have absolutely no business with this one person and the next thing you know, you're their enemy and they're vowing to make you pay for it. Or when you tried to do the right thing and that's when that snowflake has made up their minds that you're a bully. You probably would've lost your jobs or had your relationships ruined for people stirring shit up just so they get the satisfaction of knowing that they had achieved their sad goals of taking down someone they couldn't beat as the final boss in Level 1....through cheating.
This story was based on what happened most of my life when I was in university and that person was horrible...everyone in my class hated her to the core of an apple and that was when I realised that not everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and that emotional damage was the only option to make their chicken size mouths to shut up. Imagine if this person never grow up and still held that pathetic grudge against you.
As much as I don't wish any form harm on this person, I really wish this person will change by the time we graduate university. If not, I wish ya good luck because adult world isn't fun.
Anyways, I hope you enjoy reading this and feel free to share your feedback on what I should improve on in my next work and your experiences are gracefully appreciated.
Happy Reading.
